"Telling you the plan will just spend time," Ardent says while holding Hone's armor.
Aeolous sighs, "Alright, fine, so what do you want me to do?"
Ardent thinks for a second, "You can assist us by pushing that guy, because your attack can't actually do a thing, and you're spending too much freewill just to tank his explosions."
Aeolous nods, "We can hold him for three minutes before the backup returns."
Ardent looks at Aeolous, "Don't worry... We're not taking it for three minutes. Feauv, you already got freewill; you can use it."
Nixxin looks around; he's sure of what his Argo is. The last time he used his Invidia, he lost; only Diligio can help him. Nixxin summons all three gates. Nixxin opens the gate of Diligio to get all of his inner shadows. I already got over hundreds of it, but even if I have over thousands of shadows, to tank a nuclear explosion I have to get at least a million of them, so it's impossible.
After the explosion, they jump outside the Hone's barrier. Aeolous opened a jar, and blood flows out of the jar; it flies to Aeolous's wrist and flies out again. The blood goes behind Rebel's back, but Rebel doesn't notice it.
Because of Nixxin, Nixxin opened his new gate, Argo; its core ability is Angelic Presence. Everyone too far weak from Nixxin will be attracted, but Rebel just gets distracted by the angelic lights. Nixxin is also shocked. This power can produce light from Nixxin's wings and gives him a halo above him. What is this? An angelic power from a sinful gate?
Nixxin looks at the Rebel looking directly at him. The Rebel didn't move because Hone and Ardent were getting closer to him. Nixxin saw what was behind the Rebel; it was blood.
The blood suddenly explodes. The Rebel looks back at it; he just noticed it. It pushes the Rebel to fly near Hone. Hone slams his shield at the Rebel's back. Ardent smiles after seeing it. Ardent throws his sword to the Rebel lying on the ground.
The Rebel catches the sword in his hand, but it suddenly explodes, pushing him near the gate, but as he gets closer to the gate, a 15-karambit hits his body; it explodes again. Using explosives to kill me? Are they giving me the treatment I do to others?
The rebel is exhausted; he lies on the ground looking above. He has already fought too many times. Why does this happen to me? I, I didn't want this. Everyone looks at him lying on the ground.
Nixxin opened his Invidia gate; it forms an adaptation barrier that isolates Nixxin, and whenever the barrier is broken, Nixxin will adapt to the same attack but not be immune. While Nixxin is staring at the rebel, he looks at the other; they're also expecting it.
Hone has already readied his shield, while Aeolous and Ardent are behind him, but anytime soon the rebel could explode. Nixxin is too far from the others. Nixxin's heart began to race; he was looking at the grim reaper lying on the ground. "We need to hold it for 2 more minutes, please just spend time lying on the ground until other heroes come."
The rebel's tears dropped to the ground; he started laughing as he sat up. He looked at Nixxin at his back. Nixxin saw it first: the rebel's pendant glows. Nixxin quickly opened all three of his gates, and then... A huge explosion appeared; it breaks Nixxin's Invidia's barrier, but even if he adapts to it one time, he can't do it again.
At that time, Nixxin thought he was already dead; he is floating in the darkness again, but there's no angel beside him. Nixxin falls off the ground. Ardent tries to get out of the barrier, but Aeolous pushes him with wind. Hone looks back at Ardent. "Relax, general; if Nixxin dies, we will too." Ardent looks at his tears falling in the ground.
The explosion causes massive beam of light, they sees it outside the Hone's shield. As the beams of light vanished, smoke appeared in the surroundings. Aeolous cleans the smoke to see clearly; they can't see Nixxin, but one thing is for sure: he is alive.
Nixxin got another power; he got Argo because of Invidia. By fusing the two, he got another power, Ignorance Shield. The Ignorance Shield ignores any damage once it hits the Adaptation Barrier, but it takes too much free will, and unlike the Adaptation Barrier, it only has one shield and one direction.
Nixxin flies above the sky, looking down at the Rebel, seeing the Rebel's grinning above him. Annoyed, Nixxin flies down to the ground and glides around to get Ardent's sword. The Rebel's eyes follow Nixxin flying around like an annoying fly.
Nixxin launches an attack with the sword. Nixxin strikes it in the ground; he slices the ground beneath the Rebel. The Rebel flies near Nixxin; its hand is glowing; it's almost Nixxin's face, but... When it explodes, his smiles fade as he sees Nixxin staring at him with no reactions at all; it feels different from the Nixxin earlier.
He lands a small explosion at Nixxin's face to knock himself back away from Nixxin, while thinking, Nixxin's face is untouched as if there were no explosive in his face earlier. Nixxin stretches his wings to their biggest stretch as he was staring at Rebel.
Rebel senses something entirely different that has changed. Is he trying to intimidate me? It was obvious; he is just intimidating me. I destroy his body but not his head; it must be his head. That's why I can't touch his face and he didn't get any damage when my hand exploded; his body completely healed and his wings became bigger... What is this? He is already running out of power, huh? That's why he is trying to overpower me so I'll hesitate to attack. He is running out of time. The rebel puts his right toe to the ground, makes his foot glow, and explodes it. It was so fast Nixxin couldn't react.
Nixxin is out of his body, he is someone entirely, he sure is running out of time, Nixxin's body will fall under this state, what Nixxin's unconscious state is doing, is distracting the Rebel, for him to not notice was the other, man, Ardent hold Hone's feet, and then Aeolous blood turns in to a fast air, that makes Ardent and Hone spin, Ardent try to get more faster and faster, until he sees the Rebel readying to attack Nixxin, he let go of Hone's feet.
Hone fly to the Rebel, the Rebel is already glowing but Hone is a giant, and flying triple faster than sounds is dangerous, Hone hit the Rebel's side off guard, the Rebel fly inside the gate of Datora with Hone, inside Johan is near the gate looking outside, he is shocked seeing Hone flying, Hone and the Rebel got inside a floating portal, they gets out of another portal, completely different from one another, Hone fall in the center of the capital of Datora.
The Rebel fall in net, the Rebel looks at the portal above, it close instantly, he looks at his hand, his feet and hands is tight roped, the makes a small explosion, but after the explosion, the net starts to lift him in the sky, chains instantly trapped his body, and then, away from him a catapult is being casted to him, the catapult hit him but it isn't just a metal it is magnet, there's giant metal not far away, and with the magnet's size it's magnetic force is too strong, it pull the nearby metal, making the Rebel trapped no matter what he do.
Meanwhile, Ardent runs to Nixxin, who falls on the ground; his wings have gotten so big he can already fly. Aeolous rushes to get inside to help Hone, but he just sees Johan. Ardent then lifts Nixxin, and they enter Datora. Ardent looks at Johan and Aeolous. "I already told you, no more than three minutes."
Aeolous looks at Ardent and smiles. Aeolous looks at Johan walking away. "Where are you going?"
He looks back at Aeolous. "I'm going to see if Lando is still alive."
