One must realize that although the other two Kage's moves were practically sneak attacks, the Fourth Raikage, who had completed Current Propulsion training, possessed reaction speeds beyond human imagination. As for his two guards, Killer Bee and Dodai, they were blocked by the Androids labeled 3 and 4 standing beside Suikazan Fuguki.
"You didn't think that so-called Current Propulsion was something only you could learn, did you? No way, right? No way!"
Suikazan Fuguki spoke with a smile:
"We certainly don't have your level of Lightning Release Chakra, but Dr. Vegapunk developed a Current Propulsion Automatic Cultivation Chamber."

Killer Bee backed away from the two Androids' attack range and asked the Fourth Raikage.
The Fourth Raikage shook his head:
"I'm fine. I'm not hurt, my Chakra was just temporarily absorbed!"
"Chakra absorption? The Great Sword Samehada?"
The Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki, slowly calmed his surprise and looked at Suikazan Fuguki to ask.
"It's not the Great Sword Samehada... even Samehada couldn't drain all of the Raikage's Chakra in an instant."
Suikazan Fuguki explained bluntly:
"That was the Gene Modification Fluid made from Samehada, which is currently the highest-grade Gene Modification Fluid in our Sea Ninja Village!"
As he spoke, Suikazan Fuguki raised his hand. Everyone then noticed a ferocious mouth filled with sharp teeth on his palm. After a slight squirm, it disappeared without a trace.
