Nobody would appear privileged.
Nobody would attract unnecessary attention.
The solution felt so obvious in hindsight that it was almost irritating nobody had suggested it earlier.
For the first time all afternoon, genuine excitement returned to the discussion. The Garden Villa blueprint was no longer just an idea. It was beginning to resemble something that could actually be built.
