"Yes," Poppy said, propping her fluffy, light blue head up and sitting down next to Chen.

Poppy looked at Chen curiously: "I heard about your deeds—you almost single-handedly took down a Basilisk! So strong! Are you that hero?"

Chen shook his head and replied to the fluffy little Yordle next to him: "I'm not even a Demacian. At most, I'm a Zaunite hero."

Poppy hung her head in disappointment.

The small, fluffy Yordle was indeed adorable. Powder quietly reached out and secretly rubbed Poppy's fluffy face: "Another fluffy one~"

Poppy didn't resist; instead, she was as well-behaved as a puppy.

Chen pulled Powder's hand back, signaling her not to mess around. This wasn't her little brother, Ziggs.

"Hmph," Powder turned her head and continued to sleep.

Chen also quietly wiped Poppy's Holy Hammer. He was indeed curious. He asked Poppy: "What's so magical about this hammer that it absolutely has to find the so-called hero?"

So Poppy began to tell her story:

Poppy was an unusual Yordle.

From the time she could remember, she had been searching for her life's purpose. Other Yordles were naturally whimsical and full of Whimsy, which made Poppy feel out of place. She preferred to seek out and immerse herself in patterns and order.

Until he came to Demacia.

Yordles achieved extraordinary feats using their innate magical abilities, yet these Demacian humans achieved the same through cooperation and discipline!

Demacia's troops were uniform, working together like gears, forming a powerful force that no individual could ever achieve.

In Poppy's eyes, this was more astonishing than all the magic in the world.

So she joined Demacia. Her superior and mentor was a Demacian named Orlon. Demacians today have probably forgotten him; Demacia had only recently been founded at that time.

Demacia at that time was completely different from now. Everyone was welcomed and embraced, regardless of status, position, or social background, as long as they were willing to contribute to the greater good.

Orlon became a beloved figure in the kingdom. Although few ever saw him wield his warhammer, he always carried it on his back, and it quickly became a sacred symbol of the nascent nation. Some even rumored that the mighty hammer possessed the power to shatter mountains and shake the heavens.

On his deathbed, Orlon entrusted the warhammer to Poppy, along with his hope for the nation's long-term peace and prosperity for generations to come.

Only then did Orlon tell Poppy the story of the Holy Hammer, how it was created, and how it was never meant to be his weapon.

He told Poppy that the Holy Hammer was made for "Demacia's Peerless Hero," the only one capable of safeguarding Demacia's unity.

The long-lived Yordle, Poppy, personally watched Orlon pass away, secretly vowing to him that she would find this hero and personally deliver the Holy Hammer to him.

Chen leaned in and quietly asked Poppy: "Is there a possibility that you are Demacia's Peerless Hero?"

But Poppy replied with a hint of self-deprecation: "Me? A hero? Heh, nonsense."

Chen continued: "No, have you ever thought about why Orlon gave you the Holy Hammer back then? Because he thought you were that hero!"

Poppy still shook her head: "I'm not a hero; I'm just a Yordle with a hammer."

Chen was a bit helpless with Poppy, who had no self-awareness, but he still tried to make Poppy realize that she might be the hero: "You are a Yordle, a long-lived race. You have been protecting Demacia for hundreds of years, right?"

Poppy couldn't lie: "Yes."

Chen continued: "For hundreds of years, you have been safeguarding Demacia's security, fighting foreign enemies, and managing internal strife. You have done so much for Demacia. Does that not make you Demacia's Peerless Hero?"

Lux seemed to understand something and also leaned over, trying to persuade Poppy: "Your lifespan is countless times ours. We will eventually grow old and die, but you won't. You can always protect Demacia's land. If you're not this hero, then who could be?"

But Poppy still didn't believe it. She replied with righteous indignation once again: "I'm not a hero! I'm just a Yordle with a hammer!"

Lux quietly leaned next to Chen and whispered to him: "Teacher, I know you are cunning… no… resourceful. Please help. Demacia is almost in its most difficult period, with internal rebellion and the death of King Jiawen III, and external invasion from Noxus!

The people's morale is in chaos. I think Demacians need a hero in their hearts right now, and I think Poppy is the most suitable candidate because she will always guard Demacia's land, both in the past and in the future.

If we promote and package her, she will definitely become a symbol to stabilize the people's and military's morale, becoming another symbol of Demacia!"

Chen looked at Lux in surprise: "You learn so fast? You can think of so much? Not bad."

Lux twirled her fingers together and whispered: "It's all because Teacher teaches so well."

Chen was swayed by gentleness, not stubbornness. He nodded to Lux, then said to Poppy: "I heard Jarvan IV say that he also met a hero before. We're preparing to return to Demacia's Grand Capital anyway, so why don't you come along?"

"Really?!"

Poppy stood up excitedly, but she still wasn't as tall as Chen when he was sitting: "Okay!"

They only started heading back once the armies supporting from various parts of Demacia had gathered. Jarvan's orders urged the Fearless Vanguard and Chen's group to return quickly.

Finally, they didn't have to travel on foot on the way back; they had carriages. Chen could finally rest. The battle had exhausted the few of them. Even though the carriage was very bumpy, Chen, Powder, Lux, and Fiora quietly fell asleep in the carriage...

Garen, as the Sword-Lieutenant of the Fearless Vanguard, and Poppy were still escorting the returning convoy.

Halfway through the journey, Garen noticed a person blocking the front of the carriage. He was wearing a purple robe and holding a lamppost.

Garen, Poppy, and Quinn almost said in unison: "It's you again?"

The three exchanged glances, looking at the guy with the lamppost, and all drew their weapons.

They had all faced this guy with the lamppost before. This strange person would fight them without a word, then disappear after the battle.

Garen shouted: "Who are you, and what do you want?"

The guy with the lamppost calmly pulled a hard-boiled egg from his bag: "I'm here to find my apprentice."

Garen frowned: "Apprentice?"

Then, looking at the guy's weapon, he realized he did know someone else who used a lamppost as a weapon: "Chen?"

Chen, already startled awake, jumped out of the carriage: "Jax!"

Jax instantly appeared in front of Chen: "From now on, you will call me Master!"
