When Itadori Yuji saw the person Kenjaku had brought back, he froze for a moment before shouting furiously,
"Bastard, how dare you lay a hand on my grandpa?! I'll kill you!"
The person Kenjaku brought back was indeed Itadori Yuji's grandfather, and he was unconscious. Itadori Yuji knew his grandpa's physical condition was already critical and that he was on his last legs. Precisely because of that, Yuji became even more enraged.

Yuji stared at him deeply for a moment longer before finally giving up all resistance and surrendering control of his body to Ryomen Sukuna.
The moment Itadori Yuji relinquished control, Ryomen Sukuna immediately seized the body and began rapidly chanting incantations, continuing the unfinished Incarnation Ritual.
By the side of the pool;
Kenjaku silently watched Itadori Yuji's body as it was gradually being completely occupied by Ryomen Sukuna. His gaze flickered slightly before he reverted to Suguru Geto's appearance and quietly turned away, taking Itadori Grandpa with him.
