Rivendell
Thorin looked at the elf before him and then at his company in the back. After some thought, he looked into the eyes of the woman before him and answered.
" We need a translation of the ancient words written by my people."
When Gandalf heard him say it to an elf voluntarily, he looked at him in shock. 'He swallowed his pride and asked for help from someone of the race he almost hates,' and when he looked at Luminarie, he saw something interesting. She was satisfied with his answer and proud for some reason.
" It took a great amount of courage to let go of your pride and tell someone like me this, right Prince Thorin of Erebor," she said, which took them by surprise. " I may not seem like a person in a position to say it, but I am proud that you have made this decision, and I will not let you down. After you eat what my hunters got for you, I will send someone to get you, and I will drag that idiot to help you. If he wants to stop you , then hehe... I will remind him that he doesn't have a say in this situation." Bilbo, hearing this, looked at her with fear, Thorin with gratitude, and Gandalf looked like he was deep in thought.
" May I ask if you would be able to help us in any way during our travels?" asked Thorin, which again took Gandalf by surprise, but now he wasn't alone in it ; Luminarie looked at him like that too.
" Mr. Baggins, go eat something," said Luminarie before answering Thorin. " I may not be able to do it, not because I don't want to, but because I don't have time to make you anything. However, there is one thing that I can do right now. I will write a letter to my protégé, who is a Captain of the Royal Guards in Mirkwood. She will help you as much as she can once she reads it, and I will write to their king to at least let you pass through the forest." She said when Bilbo went to eat. She looked at Thorin and smiled.
" I will be going back to my city in about two months. I will gather some of my troops and will ride to Erebor, but I will have to go around Mirkwood, as I will be riding with my cavalry, so it would be faster this way. I should be around by the end of autumn," she said after this and excused herself to talk with Elrond, who was still lying on the training ground after the beating she had given him. They saw them talk for a minute and noticed that the Lord of Imladris looked in their direction, then sighed and nodded. When he did, Luminarie patted his shoulder and said something that shocked him and made him look at her. She grinned at him and went towards the inside of the mansion, which prompted Arwen to stand up and go after her. Celebrian, who saw this, just shook her head and smiled. After eating, Elrond saw Luminarie's hunters return and told an elf guard to show them where the dwarves would be staying to leave the hunted animals. After that, he asked if they needed something to prepare it and told them to talk with the elves around to arrange what they needed . Gandalf left the dwarves and Bilbo to eat meat and made his way alone to Elrond to talk with him about his travels with the dwarves and the bounty on Thorin, which was suspicious . When they were talking, Luminarie arrived with Thorin, and they deciphered the map with Elrond's help. After he heard of their destination, he wanted to stop them because of his ties with the line of Durin, but when he saw the look that Luminarie was giving him, he just sighed and said that they would help prepare their provisions and ponies for them, as well as a horse for Gandalf. When everyone was on their way, Gandalf walked up to Luminarie and asked her
" Were you serious about helping them get back the mountain?"
" Of course. That is their home, and nobody should lose their home like that," she said with a sad smile that told him she had a story of her own.
" Thank you, Lady Luminarie," he said with a slight bow toward her. She looked at him and smiled.
" If you ever need help , Mithrandir, remember, Celeb Ando will help in any way that is possible , " she said.
" Well then, if there is time in the future , I would like to visit it."
" Then I will work on permission for you to come inside after they resolve this travel . Now , it shouldn't take that much time , so it should be a few weeks at most. I would like you to stay in Imladris after Erebor, and when I am done with it , I will send a message for you to come."
" I will do just that, Lady Luminarie," he said and excused himself.
7 weeks later
Luminarie was saying her goodbyes to Celebrian and Elrond while Arwen was talking with her brothers, who wanted her to stay longer but were silenced when their mother looked at them with a dangerous look that promised suffering if they said another word. Luminarie , seeing that, laughed and hugged the mother of her partner and student.
" Cel, I will miss you while we are away , " she said, nodding toward Elrond. " I heard that you will have a White Council soon, so I will just say be careful and give my regards to Lady Galadriel and the White Wizard."
" I will pass it to them, Lady Luminarie. Safe travels, and please take care of our daughter," he said while giving her a slight bow, to which she smiled and did something that made the entire family freeze . She hugged him and said in a small, shy voice.
" I will, Dad. " It was like lightning from the sky to him that she would say this to him with such a voice, but when he thought about the family she had lost thousands of years ago, he let a small smile come to his face and hugged her back.
After that little drama she created , Luminarie waved to everyone and, with Arwen and their guards, rode toward the city of Celeb Ando. While their silhouette vanished in the distance , Celebrian walked toward Elrond with an affectionate smile and kissed his cheek.
" Thank you for letting her do that."
" Well, if we consider that she is the partner of our daughter, then it is only natural that she should be calling me like that, right?" he said, but he knew what she had in mind, and he nodded to her with a small smile of his own. Then he looked at their sons and sighed. " There is only one problem : they wouldn't give us grandchildren , and with those two, we don't have too much hope in this regard . " She looked at them too and sighed like he did, nodding while Elladan and Elrohir had their faces red and looked everywhere but at their parents , which just made them sigh again and shake their heads in unison. After this, they all walked toward their home to take everyday matters into their hands and Elrond to prepare for the meeting.
31 August 2941 of the Third Era, Eastern Gate of Celeb Ando
From every direction, the sound of armor could be heard, and Mearas lined up while Luminarie looked back at the gates for the last time before the long journey and battle ahead. It took her longer than she wanted to gather all of these troops.
" Move out!" she shouted and directed Strider toward the road to the pass, where she helped Celebrian a few centuries ago from her fate in the original timeline. Behind her rode more than 11,000 elves, which included:
3,000 elite cavalry,
5,400 elite mounted archers,
2,500 epic cavalry,
90 legendary guards (40 for commanding their units and 50 as her personal unit),
100 master medics strictly for the battlefront.
She left Celeb Ando and estimated that she would be there at the right moment for the battle after the dragon dies . If they were a bit faster , she might even take part in killing it, but while she thought about it, she looked at her swords and armor and then imagined armor made from the scales of Smaug. She looked behind her.
'If I fight with it , many of them could die, and I don't want to see this. No, if I want to do it, I need a good reason for them to continue at the same pace while I go faster in some way. Wait , I can go through Mirkwood under the pretense of seeing Tauriel.'
" Arwen. You will take everyone and move around Mirkwood while I will go through it to see King Thranduil and Tauriel to gain insight about the company. We will meet in the old city of Dale. Understood?" Luminarie said to the young elf on her right, who looked at her with suspicion.
" And you will just not go to fight a dragon, right?" asked Arwen, her eyes on her Master and love.
" I-I will not, I promise," said Luminarie, while her left hand crossed her fingers, and she apologized to Arwen in her thoughts .
" Ehhh, even if you would lie to me, I wouldn't be able to stop you, right? Then please, be careful, okay ? I don't want to bury your corpse , " Arwen said with a sad face.
" Haha, you don't need to be so sad. I fought a Balrog and survived, and now I have more tricks up my sleeve, so even a dragon would need to be careful against me, not the other way around , " she said while laughing, her blonde hair waving in the wind, but she didn't know that her fight would indeed be harder than anything.
