As the old wars continued to rage across the kingdoms, new heroes, traitors, and conquerors began to rise from the chaos. Great armies clashed on land and sea, while personal rivalries between legendary warriors started to shape the fate of entire realms.

28. The Ambush of Skeldor at Virellion

Date: October 17, 760 A.D.

Location: Virellion / Eldershade Wilds / Serpentis

• Gregoryan entered the battle riding his white polar bear.

• Alaric wounded the bear with a spear, forcing Gregoryan to retreat.

• The two warriors engaged in a legendary one-on-one duel.

• Alaric killed an archer who attempted to dishonorably assassinate Gregoryan.

Skeldor

• 50–60 dead knights.

• Wounded in the stomach by an arrow.

• Skeldor was forced to withdraw.

• Alaric Thornewood earned the title "Shield of the Kingdom."

• Gregoryan Frostborne developed a strong desire for a rematch against Alaric.

29. The Escape at Serpent Run River

Date: September 23, 760 A.D.

Location: Serpent Run / Eldershade Wilds / Serpentis

• Rhydan Ashvale was attacked by wolves while fleeing through the forest.

• In close combat, he killed three wolves with his bare hands.

• He was later surrounded by a much larger pack.

• Despite being wounded and suffering broken fingers, he managed to kill several more wolves.

• Cornered on the cliffs above the SerpentRunRiver, Rhydan leaped into the water to escape certain death.

• Disappeared after jumping into the river.

• His fate remained unknown.

30. The Night Assault on Ashkar

• Alaric recovered and, with a swift maneuver, slammed his opponent into a tree.

• Bromek fell before Alaric and acknowledged his defeat.

• The people of Serpentis were left in shock by the outcome.

32. The Clash of the Bloody Needle

Location: Eldershade Wilds / Serpentis

• Unknown fighter wielding twin axes

• Lorian publicly declared that one day he would become the strongest member of the group.

• In response to his challenge, a fighter stepped forward to face him.

• The warrior attacked with two axes, but Lorian evaded the strike.

• With incredible speed, Lorian pierced his opponent through the heart with "Needle."

• He then slit the man's throat and continued to brutally strike the corpse.

• The group's leader was impressed by Lorian's ruthlessness and speed.

• No one dared challenge Lorian again.

• Fear and respect for him grew within the group.

• Lorian's name began spreading among the criminals of Serpentis.

33. The Bloody Storm near Dravion

34. The Duel of the Night Twins

• Aurel was gravely wounded while trying to hold off his brother.

• With the aid of MorrekVaelor, Aurel escaped the castle.

• His escape led him to GrimreachIsle, where Edric awaited him.

• Nocten Thornevald seized control of Dravion.

• Aurel Thornevald survived and escaped.

• The conflict between the brothers evolved into a personal war.

• The struggle for Dravion's throne entered a new and even bloodier phase.

The blood upon the battlefields had not yet dried. While some counted their victories, others prepared for revenge. History continued to be written—with steel, fire, and blood.
