One-Punch Man World.
Looking at the unconscious Riku, Genos quietly sighs. It's really not easy for the humans of that world.
For the final victory, they used their lives to set the stage, using the information they had painstakingly collected to guide the world from the shadows.
"Now Riku probably won't live much longer."
Genos sighs slightly. Even through the screen, he can see that Riku is currently hanging on by a thread.
No matter when he dies, Genos won't be surprised. What's heartbreaking is that... that human has given so much, yet the only thing he leaves behind is that gemstone with a name carved on it.
All traces of the Ghosts will be erased; they are people who do not exist in this world.
Fortunately, thanks to the multiverse projection, Genos and people from other worlds can see the crazy plan of Riku and the others.
"Yes." Tatsumaki nods. She also feels that Riku won't live long. She remains silent for a moment and says very calmly: "In the end, it's still a lack of strength. If only his strength were a bit greater..."
Although Tatsumaki doesn't much like 'others,' she is after all the Rank 2 S-Class hero of the Hero Association. Known as the ultimate weapon, she also stands at the forefront of the fight against Monsters.
Looking at such a 'miserable' Riku, Tatsumaki really has an impulse to go to that world herself and let those so-called gods and other races see that humans are not only strong in wisdom but also in strength.
Thinking of this, Tatsumaki couldn't help but look at Saitama, whose expression was calm, beside her.
In fact, Tatsumaki also knows that if she went, she could at most deter one faction and barely protect humanity.
If Saitama went, he might be able to change the entire situation. No weapon would likely cause him much damage.
After all, in the video, his battle with that cosmic overlord Boros could be said to be a battle on a completely different dimension.
When Boros went all out, Saitama only responded with a Serious Punch.
This man has a gag-style appearance all over, but his strength is invincible in the truest sense.
At least at this stage, Tatsumaki hasn't seen any existence stronger than Saitama.
"If that were the case, then perhaps this segment wouldn't have appeared."
Saitama looks at Riku in the video, his eyes shining. He says in a very serious tone: "Because the video creator chose this segment perhaps to let us see that when humans face such a dilemma, they will also come up with ways to solve the situation."
To be honest, Saitama admires Riku. After all, if it were him, he wouldn't be able to think of such a method to solve such a predicament.
Because no matter what, he is just a hero for fun.
Other than that, he's just an ordinary person with nothing special about him.
Naruto World, Akatsuki Organization.
"That guy named Riku is really something. Even though he has no strength at all, he made such a huge sacrifice for humanity and planned such a terrifying scheme."
Deidara crosses his arms. Looking at the unconscious Riku, he can't help but sigh: "I really hope he can succeed and slap the faces of those so-called gods."
Although Deidara is indeed a Rogue Ninja, he is fundamentally human, so he still has a good impression of Riku.
As for Sasori, he has been staring intently at Shuvi since the video started, as if he's thinking about something.
"But the prerequisite for this plan to succeed is that their calculations are not wrong."
At this time, Itachi speaks. He now wants to leave this place, go to Konoha to kill Danzo, and then hunt down Black Zetsu.
However, since the Akatsuki meeting is not over yet, he also expresses his opinion. He looks at Riku in the video with a grave expression and says: "Once a small detail goes wrong, they will surely die."
"Small details? What small details?"
Perhaps having heard the words 'certain death,' Sasori, who had been stunned since seeing Shuvi, finally spoke up and asked: "Itachi, what are you referring to..."
"..."
Itachi remained silent for a moment, not speaking, as if wanting to see if anyone would jump out to contradict him.
After all, Deidara and Kakuzu had jumped out more than once to deny his words, and had even mocked him afterward.
After waiting a few seconds, Itachi found that everyone else was looking at him curiously, and no one jumped out to negate him.
"Itachi-san, just say it, don't make us guess." Kisame also spoke up; he was quite curious about the small details Itachi-san mentioned.
"..." Hearing Kisame's words, Itachi slowly began: "Because most of the information Riku has obtained now comes from Shuvi and his own collection. They have information on the ultimate weapons of the Elf Race and the Goblin Race, but it seems they haven't obtained the most critical piece of intelligence yet."
"You mean, the Flügel's Heavenly Strike?"
No one present was a fool; everyone immediately guessed what Itachi was talking about.
Itachi nodded slightly. Yes, it was the Heavenly Strike from the Flügel—that was not something that could be ignored.
They had actually seen the existence of the Flügel before; it was the one named Jibril. She was very strong, even through the screen.
The members of the Akatsuki Organization could also feel her terror and power. There was definitely a reason why she could be called a god-slaying weapon.
In the previous inventory video, although Jibril's behavior was a bit strange, making people feel she was an existence full of 'color,' her knowledge and physical strength...
...were enough to shock people. After all, she was an existence that could take a hydrogen bomb head-on; one could see how terrifying her physical toughness was.
If her physical toughness was already that terrifying, then how terrifying was the Flügel's strongest move, the Heavenly Strike, which could be compared to the ultimate weapons of the Elf Race and Goblin Race?
At this point, no one knew.
However, Itachi was certain that if Riku did not have intelligence on how powerful that force was, he would likely suffer a great loss.
And... the so-called Phantasma Race hadn't even made a move yet.
Thinking of this, Itachi felt a strange sense of pessimism regarding the fate of Riku and the others.
It might be because he 'thought' too much that he had such pessimistic thoughts, but this habit was one Itachi could no longer change.
"If that's the case, then things are bad." Deidara rubbed his chin, looking at Riku in the video with a rather solemn expression: "He only has one chance. Those guys aren't idiots either; if they find out about this..."
Everyone fell silent. Yes, the humans in that world were too weak.
They had relied on acting in the shadows and bluffing to bring about the current situation, but lies would eventually be exposed once the great war began.
If Riku and the others began to move, they would definitely be discovered by the other races. In that case, even the most thick-headed existence would connect the dots. Thus... even if humans weren't exterminated, they would suffer a massive blow.
Type-Moon/Fate World, Church.
"Truly beautiful. To be able to find a point to break the deadlock even in a desperate situation—this King acknowledges you."
Gilgamesh swirled his wine glass, looking at the unconscious Riku in the video with an expression of appreciation. He truly admired such a human.
In such a desperate situation, where he had to be cautious just to survive, he actually had the courage to make a move against the other races, and even offended and schemed against so many races at once.
He even had the idea of making a move against the gods.
With a human body, daring to scheme against gods and even having the idea of defeating them.
Bold enough! Disrespectful enough! But he liked it!!!
Yes! That's how it should be! Let the gods in the heavens witness the wisdom of humanity!
Gilgamesh smiled and opened his Gate of Babylon, taking out countless jewels without a word and tipping them to the unknown existence that created this video.
He wanted to thank them for allowing him to see such an outstanding human.
"Oh? Truly a rare sight; you're actually giving a tip."
Kirei Kotomine had no intention of continuing to watch the multiverse projection. After briefly watching a few famous scenes with plot twists, he didn't feel that they struck a chord with his interests.
So now he was preparing to leave the Church to eat some authentic Mapo Tofu. Just as he was about to leave, he saw Gilgamesh giving the tip.
He was somewhat surprised because he was quite aware of Gilgamesh's arrogance.
In the other's eyes, he himself was probably just a 'boring person' now, but Kirei Kotomine didn't care.
"Hmph." Gilgamesh snorted softly and looked at Kirei Kotomine: "Kirei, even this King will grant rewards upon seeing a truly stunning existence."
"Furthermore."
Gilgamesh looked at Riku in the video and couldn't help but praise: "What a pity. He is actually not this King's subject. How wonderful it would be if an outstanding existence like him joined this King's command."
He felt a sense of appreciation for talent. Riku used everything he had to bring hope and peace to humanity.
As the oldest king of heroes of humanity, Gilgamesh naturally developed a lot of goodwill toward an existence like Riku.
Unfortunately, the other was a human from another world. He couldn't even go to that so-called Muzan world right now, let alone find him.
This made Gilgamesh feel it was a great pity, yet he focused all his attention on the video, wanting to witness the final outcome of Riku's fate.
Would his plan succeed or fail?
"Such a high evaluation?" Kirei Kotomine was surprised again. He knew what kind of person Gilgamesh was.
The other was an extremely arrogant and conceited person. For other beings, he would at most offer a couple of comments and then stop.
Yet today, he used so many words to evaluate a person and even lamented that the person couldn't join his command.
This gave Kirei Kotomine a sudden impulse; he wanted to continue watching the video to see what kind of existence could earn such an evaluation from Gilgamesh.
The video continued playing.
The unconscious Riku slowly opened his eyes and saw Shuvi and Corone, who were worried about him.
"Riku!!!" Shuvi looked extremely worried when she saw Riku wake up.
"..." Riku forced a smile and looked at Corone: "What did you tell everyone before you came out?"
"Eh." Corone thought for a moment, then turned her head slightly, avoiding Riku's eyes, and whispered: "I didn't say anything."
Riku said with a smile, his voice very weak: "The settlement must be in a mess right now, so don't stay away for too long."
"What about you?!" At this moment, Corone's emotions became very agitated, and she shouted with tears in her eyes: "You haven't gone back at all! Not once..."
Corone burst into tears. This person, who would be known as a legendary queen in the future, could not suppress her emotions at all right now.
Looking at such a Corone, Riku still maintained his smile and said weakly: "I'll leave Nonna and everyone to you."
Corone was slightly stunned. She looked into Riku's eyes and finally fell silent.
After a while, Corone got on her mount. She took one last look back, put on her mask, hood, and goggles, and set off toward the settlement.
Inside the cave, Riku tried to force himself up, but Shuvi stopped him: "Riku, lie down quickly."
"I can't." Riku wanted to sit up, his voice very firm: "If I don't install the Passage Control quickly..."
"It's okay." Seeing Riku, who had just woken up, how could Shuvi let him continue without resting and keep moving? she said very seriously: "They won't start the war immediately. Riku's prediction won't be wrong."
"But..." Riku's breathing became a bit rapid. He was already hanging on by a thread.
He had been installing the Passage Control with Shuvi for the past few days, and his body had long since reached its limit.
So at this moment, Shuvi's voice was also very serious and firm: "It's okay to rest for a bit. Riku, just rest for one day."
Seeing Shuvi's serious expression, Riku stopped insisting. He lay down obediently and said somewhat helplessly: "I suppose so. I'll focus on resting today."
"Mm." Shuvi nodded. Seeing that Riku was no longer insisting, her expression relaxed slightly.
Riku said apologetically: "Shuvi, I'm sorry for holding you back."
"..." Shuvi looked at Riku and said calmly: "Riku, you're lying down now; you're not holding me back."
~~
Riku showed a happy smile. He looked at Shuvi and continued: "Then Shuvi, can you do something for me?"
Riku reached out his hand and looked at Shuvi: "Can you hold my hand while I sleep?"
"Mm."
Shuvi nodded and held Riku's hand with both of hers, saying very seriously: "I'll keep holding it, so don't worry, Riku."
Seeing Shuvi holding his hand, Riku said with deep affection: "Shuvi, thank you for coming to find me. Thank you. I really... love you forever."
After speaking, Riku closed his eyes, and the screen seemed to stand still at that moment.
This moment also appeared very beautiful.
But soon, the camera focused on Shuvi. She squeezed Riku's hand and whispered: "Riku, I'm sorry."
Finally, Shuvi slowly placed Riku's hand on the ground and promised very seriously: "I'll be back soon."
The scene shifted slightly.
On Avant Heim, the Flügel also began to discuss the current situation.
As the sister of all Flügel, Azriel's voice had a hint of playfulness: "The Elf Race Alliance's Void Ranko Zero, and the Goblin Race Alliance's Marrow Burst."
"To dare to be an enemy of our Lord Artosh, they're truly too stupid, meow~"
Swish—!! "Ouch, that hurts!!!"
This Azriel also gave off a rather unreliable feeling at the moment.
To the side, a female Flügel who was missing half a wing said very seriously: "The stupid one is you, Azriel. We absolutely cannot act rashly now."
"As long as Lord Artosh has not given the order, we can only stand by obediently."
It was also at this time that the camera focused on a character everyone was familiar with—Jibril, who had appeared once before in the video.
She was currently looking at the discussion below with a rather bored expression. She stood up and flew outside, saying as she flew: "This is truly boring to the extreme."
Clearly, she was heading out to find some fun.
At this moment, the camera focused on Shuvi, who had just finished installing a Passage Control. She said very seriously: "8 more to go."
Shuvi silently placed her hand on her ring and thought to herself: "If we can get the star cup, Riku won't die."
The only way to save Riku now was the star cup, which was why Shuvi risked coming out to install the Passage Control.
"Riku, please hold on!!!"
Shuvi was very anxious, so she used her spirit power. At that very instant...
"Well, this is..."
A voice suddenly sounded behind Shuvi, causing her pupils to shrink slightly as she showed a panicked expression.
Indeed, the newcomer looked at Shuvi with a smile and said: "Are you out for a walk by yourself today?"
!!!!!!!!!
Shuvi's body trembled slightly; she felt the emotion known as fear.
The person descended from the sky and smiled at Shuvi's back: "Because I sensed a tiny amount of spirit power, I decided to come and take a look. Who would have thought there would be such a big harvest?"
Shuvi's pupils trembled as she turned around very slowly and saw exactly who the newcomer was.
With rather holy wings spread behind her, the newcomer was Jibril. She wore a gentle smile and looked at Shuvi: "How are you? Scrap metal?"
Although Jibril was smiling, that smile made people feel a hair-raising sensation.
Outside the video.
Type-Moon/Fate World, Sixth Singularity, Sacred Round Table Domain.
"Senpai!!! This is bad!!!! This is really bad!!!!"
Mash watched this scene, her heart skipping several beats. That god-slaying weapon had appeared!!!
One had to know that she was not an existence to be trifled with, even though she appeared harmless in the previous video.
But everyone knew that was because she had been stripped of her 'combat' power.
The battle between the Blank Siblings and Jibril was, in the end, only a competition of knowledge. But even in a competition of knowledge...
...Jibril had shown an excellent performance, and she had only lost that match due to her contempt for human wisdom.
No one knew exactly how powerful Jibril was during this Great War period.
In any case, looking at Jibril now, Mash felt the fear she once felt when being targeted by other terrifyingly powerful Servants. She was strong! Extremely, extremely strong!
"Calm down, Mash. There's still a way."
Fujimaru Ritsuka was also very anxious. After watching this video, she already had a great deal of affection for Riku and Shuvi.
She sincerely hoped the two of them could walk this path together until one of them passed away from old age.
"Yes, there is still a way."
Beside her, Da Vinci was also very calm. She looked at Jibril and Shuvi, analyzing: "At this moment, Shuvi is not an important existence."
"She is an expelled Ex-machina race member; her own strength likely cannot be compared to Jibril's. If that Jibril doesn't make a point of bullying the weak, she might let her go."
At this point, Da Vinci fell silent. Of course, that was the best-case scenario. The worst-case scenario was... Jibril finding Shuvi interesting and then attacking her.
The people watching now all felt a great deal of goodwill toward Riku and Shuvi.
Although Jibril was a 'familiar face' from the previous video, they truly hoped this familiar face wouldn't appear right now because her strength was simply too overwhelming.
Furthermore, this was the era of the Great War. The Flügel and the Ex-machina race were certainly enemy races; once they met, they would in all likelihood end up fighting.
Although Shuvi's performance had been impressive, no one actually believed she could defeat Jibril.
"Let's hope so..." Fujimaru Ritsuka looked at Shuvi in the video with great concern. She sincerely hoped the girl would be okay.
Because Riku was still a virgin; she had just been thinking that after obtaining the star cup...
Could Riku perhaps give Shuvi a human body, and then the two of them could consummate their marriage and give birth to the Blank Siblings or some other kind of miraculous reversal?
But now, seeing Jibril appear, Fujimaru Ritsuka felt her heart skip several beats.
In this instant, Fujimaru Ritsuka had a premonition—could it be that the so-called 'miraculous reversal' was actually this!?
"Ah! Miss Shuvi, you absolutely must be safe!!!"
Mash was also panicking at this moment. She clasped her hands together, sincerely praying that nothing would happen to Shuvi.
Jibril was a terrifying opponent. No matter how one looked at it, Miss Shuvi had no chance of winning.
Magical Girl Illya World.
"Oh no!!!! A huge crisis!!!!"
magical ruby was shouting at the top of her lungs. She felt Shuvi was doomed. Jibril was a god-slaying weapon, after all; she had withstood a hydrogen bomb unscathed. One could only imagine how powerful her physical body was.
And this wasn't the future. In the future, she might have been able to calmly play Chess with Shuvi.
But now... even if magical ruby wasn't from that world...
She knew that Jibril would definitely turn Shuvi to ashes. After all, their two races were still at war.
Riku had said before that all races were fighting over the star cup. Until the One True God appeared, the fighting would not stop.
Now that Jibril had discovered the sneaking Shuvi, given her personality, she would absolutely not let Shuvi go.
"It's over."
magical sapphire also didn't know what to say for a moment. This was a true crisis.
Shuvi had come out alone and ended up running into Jibril.
Though it felt a bit wrong to say regarding Shuvi, magical sapphire felt somewhat relieved that Riku wasn't there; otherwise, Shuvi might not even have the chance to run away.
"A crisis, it's really a huge crisis." Illya was also shouting, her expression appearing quite distraught. She looked at Shuvi in the video and cried out: "Don't die!! Shuvi!!!! Riku is still waiting for you to come back!"
"..."
Miyu didn't speak, but she also wore a worried expression.
Because no matter who it was, no one thought Shuvi could defeat Jibril. When the latter played 'games' with the Blank Siblings in the future, she had displayed incredibly powerful strength.
Shuvi was decent, but she could only be called decent. Her combat ability seemed quite good to many people.
But compared to a powerhouse like Jibril, it seemed a bit insufficient.
"Is there still hope?" Miyu's expression was very worried. She already had a bad feeling, and it made her feel quite uneasy.
"There must be! I believe in the power of love!!!!"
Illya said very seriously. She felt there was still hope, absolutely still hope. Shuvi couldn't possibly fall here.
She still had to go back to see Riku, to see her husband, so she couldn't fall here.
No Game No Life World, Library.
"Has it finally come to this?"
Jibril took a deep breath, her face currently devoid of any expression.
Unlike the last time, when she had watched herself appear and shown a look of shock and surprise.
This time, Jibril was expressionless, but her brow was slightly furrowed.
The memories from six thousand years ago in her mind were beginning to slowly return. She remembered now; at this time, she had sensed a trace amount of spirit power and came over to investigate.
As a result, she hadn't expected to see a lone member of the Ex-machina race.
One had to know that back then, those pieces of scrap metal never went solo.
At the time, Jibril had gone out for a walk to relax and do a bit of hunting, but she never expected to actually find a lone Ex-machina.
To Jibril, this was no less than a gift from the gods. Naturally, it was unlikely she would let the other party go.
Therefore, the subsequent battle was inevitable.
"It was this battle where some kind of change occurred in the middle."
Jibril's expression became very serious. She knew that the Ex-machina race joining the battle later must have been because of this one fight.
So she was being very, very serious right now. Although they had already lost that Great War and the Master they served had fallen into a deep slumber...
Even now, the Flügel were still searching for the reason for their original defeat.
Why exactly did they lose? The Flügel couldn't figure it out. They really couldn't. Now, through Riku's perspective, they understood most of the situation.
But they were still missing a crucial piece.
The most critical piece was hidden within this battle between Jibril and Shuvi.
The video continued playing.
After a brief moment of shock upon being 'discovered' by Jibril, Shuvi returned to her initial cold state. Her voice was very detached as she said: "Warning: Hostility toward this unit will trigger a counter-response."
Shuvi wanted to warn Jibril not to come any closer. If she took another step, Shuvi would not show any mercy.
The Ex-machina race was a race that moved in groups. Shuvi wanted to rely on this point to make Jibril leave.
However, Jibril revealed a smile. Shuvi's figure was reflected in her cross-shaped pupils. She placed a finger on her cheek and chuckled: "And do you think you can do that with just a mere Analysis Unit like yourself?"
"!!!!!!" Shuvi's pupils shrank again; she had been seen through.
Jibril continued to smile: "I have already confirmed it. Within a hundred-kilometer radius, there are no other Ex-machina. To be able to obtain such a rare and high-quality head is a rare opportunity indeed."
Although Jibril's tone and actions were very elegant, the words she spoke carried an inexplicable chill.
The moment she saw Shuvi, she had intended to take the other's head.
'Rule One: You must not kill anyone.'
At this moment, Shuvi spoke softly in her mind.
And Jibril continued to look at Shuvi with a smile: "In any case, the Ex-machina race doesn't have the concept of death, right?"
'Rule Two: You must not let anyone die.'
Shuvi continued in her heart.
And Jibril continued: "So do not offer any pointless resistance!"
"I refuse!"
Shuvi said quite loudly, her voice full of determination.
"What?" Jibril looked at Shuvi with some surprise, clearly not expecting her to say those words.
Shuvi didn't look at Jibril; she continued: "This unit is a Discarded Unit, of no value."
Shuvi continued in her mind: 'Rule Six: Violating any of the above rules constitutes a loss.'
"So..." Shuvi raised her head and looked at Jibril seriously, "Please let me go."
She had no utility value; she was just a Discarded Unit with no worth. She still wanted to survive to see Riku.
"!!"
At this moment, Jibril truly showed a shocked expression. She looked at Shuvi in disbelief: "An Ex-machina actually begging for mercy out of fear of death."
"And!!" Jibril once again revealed that obsessive expression. She looked at Shuvi with intense interest, salivating: "You're a defective product that's been disconnected?!"
"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Shuvi's eyes widened slightly. Seeing Jibril's reaction, she knew she had made the wrong choice. The other party seemed even more interested in her now.
Sure enough, Jibril looked at Shuvi with excitement and said quickly: "This truly makes you a rarity among rarities! Hahahaha! Hahahaha!"
"..."
Shuvi closed her eyes slightly and said calmly in her mind: 'Analyzing the combat capabilities of both sides. Calculating the probability of victory... non-existent.'
As Shuvi began her calculations, Jibril revealed a'smile' that hadn't appeared in the previous video.
It was a smile named death. Furthermore, a black weapon began to materialize in Jibril's hand.
'But.' Shuvi clenched her fist. She remembered Riku's words and said very seriously in her heart: 'In probability theory, zero does not exist!'
Hum—!!!
Since she was already exposed, Shuvi naturally began to fight. The halo above her head began to spin, and the Tail-like object behind her plugged into the ground.
"Read: CODE1673B743E1F255, Script E, Start! Deployment!"
In that instant, Shuvi donned the armor she had worn when she first met the young Riku. She looked at Jibril seriously and said: "Final warning. Betting all armaments, combat power, tactics, and strategy—beginning full-scale survival!"
"Goodness."
At this moment, the black weapon in Jibril's hand also revealed its form. It was a scythe stained with a black... aura. She looked at Shuvi and smiled: "Is the Ex-machina race not a race that mimics by analyzing defeated individuals?"
Jibril gave a'sarcastic' smile and looked at Shuvi: "Did someone die of laughter?"
"Speed Violation!"
Shuvi didn't answer Jibril's words; she fired decisively. High-concentration spirits were shot out in particle form.
However, Shuvi's goal wasn't to kill Jibril, but rather to get away from her.
Because in a head-on battle, she had no chance of victory. Only this way did she have a sliver of hope.
Swish—!!!!!
Shuvi flew toward the distance at extreme speed, turning into a streak of light in that instant.
However... "Ha!"
Jibril appeared. She appeared directly in front of Shuvi. At this moment, her expression looked so 'kind,' and the black scythe in her hand seemed so sharp.
Hum—!!!
Shuvi naturally realized this. She reached out, and a wire-like object appeared in front of her. She grabbed the wire to dodge Jibril's attack while simultaneously flying higher. Then, she raised the weapon in her hand and aimed at her opponent.
"Omnidirectional Cross!"
Blue light lit up in Shuvi's weapon. Instantly, impact and energy poured down onto Jibril as if to destroy the earth.
The terrifying explosion caused the surrounding rocks to shatter.
An attack of this magnitude was enough to destroy a small city.
"Swish!" Jibril lightly swung her scythe, dispersing the surrounding smoke. She was clearly unharmed. She looked at Shuvi and said: "Scattering Spirit Remains all over the place... you really are an environment-destroying machine."
"Boom!"
Jibril flapped her wings and charged toward Shuvi. Her voice sounded somewhat playful: "However, did you think you could defeat me with just that?!"
Hum—!!
In that instant, a red magic circle appeared above Shuvi. She raised her weapon and looked at Jibril very seriously: "I've been waiting for this moment!"
"!!!" At this moment, even Jibril showed a slightly shocked expression.
It was as if what Shuvi was about to release was far beyond what she had anticipated.
"Deployment!" With the dark red magic circle above her head, Shuvi looked at Jibril very seriously and said: "Pseudo-Lore: Roar of the Dragon!"
"Buzz—!!!! Boom—!!!!"
A scorching beam of light, carrying an aura of destruction, descended from the sky and shot towards Jibril.
"Ah!" Jibril showed a look of surprise as she was swallowed by the light.
The scorching pillar of light struck the ground, followed by a terrifying explosion, as the intense heat consumed everything.
This was a power capable of altering a continent; even a Dragonia would not emerge unscathed from a direct hit.
However, Shuvi did not believe such an attack could defeat Jibril, so she prepared to retreat.
"One-Way Road."
Knowing she had struck Jibril, Shuvi activated her final armament.
As a countermeasure against the spatial transfers of the Flügel or Elf Race, this was the "Spatial Piercer" designed by the Ex-machina race.
The spatial rift enveloped Shuvi's body in a one-way passage and then slowly closed.
Within that special space, Shuvi continued her calm analysis: "Just like this, I will escape to a range where the Flügel cannot detect me, so..."
'This might allow me to evade her.'
Shuvi seemed to hope so in her heart.
But reality was far more cruel. Jibril appeared behind Shuvi at some unknown moment, her voice carrying a hint of playfulness: "Oh my, where do you think you're going?"
"!!!!!!"
Shuvi showed a look of extreme panic.
In the next second, she was blown out of that space by Jibril. After rolling several times on the ground, Jibril appeared by her side once more.
She helped steady Shuvi's body.
Jibril looked at Shuvi with curiosity: "You were clearly aiming for my head; did your hand slip?"
"!!!" Shuvi's right hand had already vanished. Her pupils trembled as she looked at Jibril, appearing exceptionally helpless.
Jibril continued to speak: "But then again, who would have thought a machine could actually have emotions?"
At that moment, Jibril's smile vanished, and she looked at Shuvi with great seriousness: "I have a bad feeling. I only need your head, so it's about time I finish you off. I'll bury you underground like scrap metal!"
Violent energy condensed in Jibril's hand as she launched an attack at Shuvi.
"Entry Forbidden!!!!"
Shuvi shouted loudly as a barrier appeared in front of her, blocking the attack.
But Jibril's assault was relentless. Countless bursts of energy emerged from her hands and rained down from the sky, tearing a massive hole in the ground.
Shuvi fell heavily, looking extremely battered, while Jibril continued her onslaught from above.
Shuvi looked at the ring on her hand, remembering that Riku was waiting for her return.
'I don't want to die, I can't die. To lose because of Shuvi... I absolutely cannot allow it!!!'
Thinking of this, Shuvi took a sudden step forward. At that moment, a giant rock fell, and the link in her leg to the spirit corridor was destroyed.
Tears filled Shuvi's eyes as she looked at her leg, her body trembling: 'What can the current Shuvi do? For Riku... Shuvi can only!'
Shuvi seemed to make a firm decision. She closed her eyes, and tears streamed down from the corners of her eyes.
In an unknown location, Shuvi's voice rang out.
"Unit ID uc207, Pr-type 4f57t9, requesting reconnection to the cluster! Heart analysis complete!!"
"Synchronize! Requesting reconnection!!!"
A moment later, a cold male voice replied.
"This unit has permanently lost connection. Judged as a serious error factor. Request denied!"
"Denying the denial!" Shuvi's voice was filled with urgency: "Even for Einzig, no matter the report, it must be analyzed! Emergency reconnection request!!"
As Shuvi spoke, Jibril had already flown down, descending like a Shinigami, looking at the Shuvi before her.
"Requesting connection!!" Shuvi cried out: "Correction, someone correct this stubborn guy!!!"
"Bang—!!!!"
Accompanied by the sound of an explosion, in another space, the red lights on countless mechanical bodies lit up, as if heralds of something to come.
Shuvi struggled to dodge Jibril's attacks, crying out: "I didn't want to hand this over to anyone!"
'I love Riku! I don't want to be separated from him!'
"Because I'm shy!!!" Shuvi shouted through her tears.
'All the heart I received from Riku.'
"It all belongs only to Shuvi herself." Shuvi wept as she struggled to crawl forward, her voice heart-wrenching: "But now I have to give this feeling to you all. Don't you understand?! Idiots!!"
"Buzz!!" Jibril continued her attack.
Sensing the approaching crisis, Shuvi cried out loudly: "Stop talking nonsense and pass on these feelings of mine!!!"
"Boom—!!!!"
A terrifying explosion rang out again, and this time, the attack landed squarely on Shuvi.
In a massive crater, Shuvi seemed unable to move any longer.
The previous male voice rang out again, speaking calmly: "As I expected, your unit is indeed broken."
"I know." Shuvi forced herself to stand.
The male voice continued calmly: "Contradictory, full of bugs, yet still operating. It's far too abnormal."
"I know that too!"
Shuvi struggled to get up.
The cold male voice continued: "Impossible. It is irrational."
Shuvi retorted: "But it's reality. The heart I received from Riku is a fact."
Jibril drew closer, extending her hand as dark purple energy condensed within it, clearly preparing to deliver the final blow to Shuvi.
"Based on the above," the cold male voice said calmly, "it is judged to be a valuable data sample. Data synchronization initiated!"
"Buzz—!!!"
At that moment, Shuvi seemed to feel something, and her pupils shrank slightly.
The cold male voice continued: "251 seconds until completion. Any action that damages the unit is strictly prohibited during this period."
In that unknown place, a progress bar appeared. Shuvi could not die within these 251 seconds, because if she died, she would be unable to upload this 'heart'.
"All-Linked Open!"
The ring above Shuvi's head lit up again, and her voice was very calm: "Constructing combat algorithm for the unknown, initiating."
"Bang—!!! Bang—!!!"
Countless thick cables surged from the ground, surrounding Shuvi.
Jibril seemed somewhat surprised by this sight, not quite understanding the situation.
Shuvi spoke with great seriousness: "This feeling is the 'heart'! Born as a machine, yet I have gained life..."
Countless particles restructured themselves, forming a pair of massive steel wings.
"I will bet everything on these 251 seconds!"
Tears still lingered in Shuvi's eyes, but her gaze was now filled with determination and unyielding spirit.
In these 251 seconds, she would not die! She absolutely would not die!!!!!!!!
