This place, like the Dark Dimension that Dormammu once discovered, was an ownerless parallel Dimension. However, Nall only chose to draw power from here and did not fully merge with this Dimension to become a Dimension Lord.
It makes sense. Nall, a naturally divine being born at the very beginning of the Universe's formation, would certainly have his own pride.
