Just as the two were about to start again, a Personal Guard ran into the square.
"My lord, urgent military intelligence!"
The relaxed atmosphere in the square instantly froze.
Raylo's smile vanished. He strode over.
"Speak."
The Personal Guard knelt on one knee, presenting a letter sealed with wax.
Raylo took the letter, casually wiped the sweat from his forehead with his sleeve, and broke the seal.
He unfolded the thin sheet of parchment.
