The two walked back towards the station. Right before leaving the residential area, the two noticed it was eerily quiet.
Yu turned to Ren, who already had his finger to his lips. They carefully looked around.
ROARRRRRR.
A large monstrous shadow had appeared. It looked like the ones in Mementos, but its muscles and fingers were more defined. It was less like a blob and more like a solid mass. The other thing was the huge hole through its chest.
"Fuck," Yu said, drawing a blue handgun from within his jacket.
'A gun?!' Ren yelled mentally, pulling out his phone. If he had to, he would pull them into Mementos, even if he was flung across the city. The chance to fight was worth it.
Yu held out his hand and summoned a tarot card from thin air before tossing it into the air and firing the handgun at it.
"Izanagi-no-Okami!"

'WORLD ARCANA?!' The Persona in Ren's mind exploded in fear and excitement.
Ren was caught off guard by their cheer and nearly dropped his phone.
"Myriad Truths!"
A brilliant display of lights and overwhelming power came from behind Yu. The Persona with the name of a god simply waved its hand, and the shadow monster disintegrated.
Ren noticed it didn't turn into mist.
Yu suddenly let out a big sigh.
"Shadows can come into the real world?!" Ren nearly yelled.
"Shh. Yes," Yu said, shushing Ren as he approached. "It's been happening more frequently lately. Especially around nests."
"Nests?" Ren asked. "You mean?"
Yu nodded.
The words sent a shiver down his spine. This world was much deeper than he thought.
"Still, what a weird shadow," Yu said as he approached the area.
"How did you summon your Persona in the real world?" Ren asked rapidly. He needed to be able to do that if Shadows were breaking into reality?!
"The evoker," Yu said as he hid the small blue gun once more. "They're a pain in the ass, but super convenient."
'I'll say,' Arsene said to Ren in awe.
'This guy is a riot! Hahahahahaha!' Incubus laughed.
Yu had his brow wrinkled.
'Was that really a shadow?'

The two arrived at Leblanc. Ren was still in shock that Shadows could escape the Metaverse. He definitely had to tell Morgana. As soon as possible.
"Joker!" Morgana hissed, looking at Yu behind him. "Are you okay?!"
"Oh, look, a cute kitty," Yu suddenly said. "Look at those eyes. You're a smart fella, aren't ya?"
Before Ren and Morgana could blink, Yu was roughly petting Morgana. And Morgana...
"Merowww, purrrr."
'I guess it is just a cat,' Yu thought with narrowed eyes.
'Let's test it. It might be like Teddie.'
"See ya around, Ren. I'll have an evoker in a box at your doorstep tomorrow morning." Yu turned around and waved.
Morgana let out a breath he didn't know he was holding.
"That guy is strong," Morgana weakly said.
"Oh, and be careful of the stray Shadows. They tend to come into reality at night."
?!?!
Morgana fell off the ledge he was sitting on and onto a nearby trash can, making a loud noise.
"Hahaha!" Yu laughed as he left.

Ren took the fussing Morgana upstairs after saying good night to Sojiro. Thankfully, Yu had explained that he was with Ren the entire time. Ren was glad that their new relationship wouldn't be strained.
"YOU!" Morgana said in accusation. "Explain! Now! Video call the group!"
"The calling card situation is solved."
"EXPLAIN."
Downstairs, Sojiro couldn't help but chuckle while listening to the two argue. He couldn't hear exactly what was being said, but it was entertaining to hear the kid and a cat argue.

"Ren, are you sure? That's crazy... Shadows shouldn't be able to exist in reality like that. At least according to what I know."
"Well, it did have a big hole in its chest and didn't really seem intelligent," Ren revealed.
"Still, summoning a Persona in the real world! I wonder how those evokers are made?" Morgana exclaimed in happiness.
"Don't pull the one we get apart to check," Ren laughed, before realizing that he really might.
"Nyahaha mayb—" Then Morgana froze, seeing Ren's face. "Okay, fine, I won't!"
"I just realized I don't know how it works," Ren remembered.
"I think that guy did that on purpose."
