All Might's successor gasped, pain coursing through every muscle in his body. He watched Trinity X fight against the other zombies in the city. Izuku's body wanted to collapse, the aftermath of All Might's attack being felt violently.
He spat out blood and looked at his broken, bloodied body with blood-blurred eyes. He staggered before recovering to collapse again.
"Kid! Get up! You don't have the right to flinch!" screamed Daigoro in his subconscious.
Izuku sat up with difficulty and tore off his tattered t-shirt, lifting his muscles slashed with wounds and scars.
"Come on, hold on Izuku!" said Izuku to himself as he stood on his own two legs.
Meanwhile, Lisa protected her team from the multiple attacks of the zombies, her breathing was jerky and she had a hard time standing, her life energy was drastically depleted, her skin and pink hair were pale.
"Lisa! Hold on please!" exclaimed Azula with rage and despair as she pushed back Miko's growing and numerous mental waves.
Unfortunately, she couldn't protect herself from a megaphonic scream from Present Mic that threw her towards an electrical panel. Her body vibrated with a dull pain.
"Azula!" Lisa yelled, trying to rush over but her legs almost gave way.
Akane was on the ground, her leg broken and her body in a pitiful state with All might on top of her, a terrifying smile on his lips as he lifted his foot high to crush the red diva's head.
"MANCHESTER SMASHHHHHH!!!"
All might back a few centimeters when receiving the extremely powerful kick from Izuku, who followed up with a Detroit smash that all might have caught on impact, causing a huge current of air to be stirred up.

"I already know it, Akane..." said the green-haired boy, drying his tears violently. "I know..."
Izuku deployed the full cowling at 50%, only being able to maintain this percentage 5 minutes before the muscle tears. His muscles were already screaming in pain as Akane spread her hair to support him.
Lisa couldn't create barriers anymore, they were thin and couldn't stand up to the zombie Quirks that were rampaging up.

"Azula..." says her grandmother gently and severely.

"Humph... You don't understand how I feel!" screamed Azula as she stood up, driven by unwarranted anger.
