Chapter 248 - Chapter 248: The Destruction of the Germa Kingdom

Chapter 248: The Destruction of the Germa Kingdom

The mafia fleet lined up in a straight formation.

  "Fire!"

Capone Bege's expression was calm as he gave a small wave of his hand.

  Woo—woo—

  The horn sounded once more.

On every ship, two cannons—each twice the size of ordinary artillery—were mounted at the bow. Their bodies were black-gold in color, emitting a faint, chilling sheen.

Each barrel was larger than a soccer ball, and crates of shells about the same size were carried up beside them.

Two powerfully built men manned each cannon, lifting the shells and ramming them into the barrels.

  "Fire!"

A squad leader on every ship shouted.

  Boom boom boom boom!

Shells shot out from the pitch-black muzzles, arcing through the air and raining down on the Germa Kingdom.

  Rumble rumble rumble!!

Blinding flashes erupted across the area, lighting up the entire sky. Waves of scorching heat and shockwaves swept outward.

The ships at the front of the Germa fleet were instantly reduced to ashes.

The bombardment didn't stop. Capone Bege simply watched indifferently.

Vinsmoke Judge's scientific prowess was formidable, and Bege had no intention of absorbing a force that could turn on him at any time.

It was better to wipe them out completely.

The Germa forces reacted swiftly as well.

  "Who is it?!"

  A furious roar rang out.

Immediately after, a figure shot up into the sky and hovered in midair.

  It was Vinsmoke Judge.

He wore a metal helmet, with long golden hair flowing down his back. He was tall and imposing, with two upward-slanted, spike-like mustaches beneath his nostrils and a small patch of beard on his chin.

An orange cape billowed behind him. He wore a light-gray combat suit bearing Germa's "66" emblem, white long gloves gripping a high-tech spear, a gold belt marked with "66" at his waist, and black boots equipped with jet thrusters.

  "You will die!"

Judge roared as he stared at the mafia fleet.

The military force he had painstakingly built was nearly destroyed in an instant.

One by one, figures in combat suits rose into the air behind him, taking position at his back.

Meanwhile, the Germa Kingdom's fleet began to retreat.

  Buzz—buzz—buzz…

Crackling with electric light at their feet, the Germa modified soldiers charged toward the mafia fleet.

Capone Bege waved his hand again, his expression unchanged.

The mafia members pulled out Dial cannons and aimed them forward.

  Buzz—buzz—buzz!!

Compressed wind blasts shot toward the modified soldiers.

  "Thud—thud—thud…"

The airborne modified soldiers became little more than moving targets. With the wind blasts traveling at extreme speed, dodging was nearly impossible, and one after another was struck.

They wobbled and fell toward the sea below.

Their combat suits provided defensive protection, but the sheer impact forced their bodies to halt midair.

  "Die!"

Judge locked onto Capone Bege. Electricity crackled along his high-tech spear as he thrust forward.

  Clack—clack—clack…

Doors opened all over Capone Bege's body, revealing countless cannons inside, along with subordinates holding guns and aiming outward.

  Bang bang bang…

  Boom boom boom…

Shells and bullets poured out, instantly covering an area dozens of meters ahead.

Judge bore the brunt of the concentrated fire.

  Rumble!!

A series of massive explosions engulfed an area over a hundred meters wide. Violent shockwaves surged outward, even pushing the mafia ships backward.

  Capone Bege raised his hand.

  All fire ceased.

He calmly looked toward the sea below.

As the smoke dissipated, the scene on the water surface was revealed.

Germa's modified soldiers were floating across the sea, some with bodies no longer intact.

There was still one figure moving on the surface—Germa 66's leader, Judge. He wasn't dead yet.

But he was violently coughing up blood, barely clinging to life.

After being engulfed by such overwhelming firepower, even a vice admiral wouldn't dare claim they could walk away unscathed.
