A few minutes after Rai and Xeno left the arcade game area, Lyube and his friends arrived and began playing the same game that Rai and Xeno had just played.
However, when he saw that the leaderboard score had changed—where Lyube was no longer in first place and his record had been broken by Rai, who had just played together with Xeno—Lyube's expression immediately changed.
"What the hell is this?" Lyube said angrily.
Meanwhile, Rai and Xeno were walking back toward their dormitory. Xeno walked while laughing cheerfully.
"I didn't expect you to break that kid's record. He's definitely going to be really pissed later," he said.
Rai answered quickly. "It was just my luck," he replied.
"What? Your current score is almost impossible for him to break," Xeno said.
"He'll break it again someday," Rai replied calmly.
As they were walking, they heard a sound coming from a corridor ahead of them. Curious, Rai and Xeno carefully entered the corridor.
But when they reached the end of it, the sound grew louder and clearly sounded like someone was being beaten. Rai then told Xeno to stay quiet behind him.
Rai tried to peek, and sure enough, several female students were bullying another female student until she started crying.
"Come on! You better stay away from him if you don't want to die stupidly!" one of the girls said while kicking the girl lying in front of them.
Hearing that, Xeno began to feel sorry for her.
"We should stop them, not just spy on them like this."
"The rules here allow everyone to bully each other. They won't get into trouble even if we report it," Rai whispered quietly.
"Then what should we do?" Xeno asked.
Rai looked around and noticed several trash bags near them. Seeing that, Xeno immediately understood what he had to do.
Xeno threw the trash bags toward the group of girls, instantly getting them dirty and shocking them at the same time.
"Oops… I didn't know there were people here. I thought it was just a trash can," Xeno said casually.
The girls immediately screamed in disgust because of the smell of garbage stuck to their uniforms. They hurriedly ran away from the place, passing Rai, who was leaning against the corridor wall.
"Are you okay?" Xeno asked the girl who remained.
"Thank you… but my leg…" the girl replied weakly.
Rai appeared from behind and stood beside Xeno. He noticed the Luminara class symbol on the girl's shoulder.
'Wait… The group that just ran away earlier was also using the Luminara class symbol. Looks like this is bullying within the same class,' Rai muttered.
Xeno helped the girl to stand up.
"Why did you pass through here? The Luminara dormitory isn't in this direction, right?"
The girl shook her head.
"I don't live in the dorm anymore…"
"Then where do you live?" Xeno asked.
"I live in an apartment not far from here," she replied while holding onto Xeno's shoulder.
The two of them escorted the girl to her apartment. After making sure she arrived safely, Rai and Xeno walked back together.
"Do you know why the Reviva Council made a rule that allows free bullying?" Xeno said while they were on their way.
Rai shook his head.
"Not at all."
"That's because the former Head of the Security Division was once a bully. And even now, Lyube still doesn't want to abolish that rule," Xeno explained.
Hearing that, Rai immediately understood why Lyube liked that rule so much. Rai then opened his phone and sent a message to Liora, the Head of the Regulations Division.
"I want to meet you tomorrow."

That night…
Rai met Aveline again in the backyard of the dormitory. He came while carrying takoyaki that he had made with the help of the Head Butler.
"Wow, I didn't expect you to be able to get close to a model," Aveline said as she sat on a garden bench.
"What are you talking about?" Rai replied as he walked closer.
Rai handed the takoyaki to Aveline, as instructed by the Head Butler.
"The Head Butler said you haven't eaten together with the other girls in the dorm for three days," Rai said.
Aveline chewed the takoyaki.
"I don't really get along with them. Besides, this dorm isn't occupied only by first-year students, but also up to third-years."
Rai grew curious.
"Is there any among them who's close to the Reviva Council?"
Aveline thought for a moment.
"There's no one from the Core Council, but there is a Division Head."
"Who is it?" Rai asked.
"She's beautiful, smart, and extremely good at playing volleyball. She's close to the Head of the Sports Division," Aveline replied.
Hearing that, Rai felt slightly disappointed.
'If it's just a Division Head, that's not useful to me…' he muttered.
"What do you mean?" Aveline asked.
Rai shook his head slowly.
"Nothing. I was just curious."
Aveline took a sip of her water, though her thoughts were still on Lia's invitation earlier that morning at school.
"Are you accepting her invitation tomorrow?" Aveline asked.
"No. I'm busy and won't accept her invitation," Rai replied coldly.
"Ooo… That's good, then," Aveline said with relief.

The next day…
Rai met Liora on the rooftop of the school building. Liora had asked to meet there because she was busy.
"You finally showed up," Liora said while turning toward Rai, who had just closed the rooftop door.
Rai walked closer with his usual blank expression. Seeing that, Liora became even more irritated.
"Again with that weird face of yours. What do you want?" Liora asked.
Coldly, Rai replied,
"I want you to order Lyube to abolish the rule that allows bullying."
Liora was shocked. It was the first time someone had ever brought up that rule so directly.
"I'm a little impressed by your courage, but there's a hundred percent chance Lyube won't abolish that rule," Liora replied.
In a serious tone, Rai asked again,
"How do I turn that one hundred percent into zero percent?"
Liora let out a small laugh.
"You're bold. But I can't help you. Lyube and I are like siblings."
"Siblings, huh? No wonder, judging by both of your personalities," Rai replied.
Liora gave a cynical smile.
"In this world, no subordinate can control their superior. So be aware of your position."
Liora then walked past Rai and entered the building. She went down the stairs with a satisfied smile, feeling pleased after pressing Rai with her words.
