[1st POV]
Nothing.
I was left with nothing.
I didn't know where the door led to, but after going through it, I found myself in what could only be considered outer space.
Was this a dimension that held a devil? Perhaps the Space Devil? Or Universe Devil?
Or maybe it was nothing and this dimension was the space between dimensions, kind of like how I first found myself in a lower dimension filled with weaker devils.
I floated around in the emptiness of space for a long time. The sense of hunger still plagued me, but not as badly as before. At the moment, I didn't want to do anything else or worry about anything else.
I wasn't sure how long I spent in that place, but I existed there for a long time. I was content with keeping to myself. I wasn't concerned about the Darkness Devil and the Death Devil coming after me either.
Just for a short while after this second life, I let myself be at peace.
But the peace didn't last forever. Not by a long shot. My hunger began growing and growing and growing, unsatiated. While I was in the human world, my hunger was persistent but it was bearable. But my hunger in Hell was of a completely different level and nature.
It was like being on a diet. The difficulty of not eating when you had no food and when you had your favourite food presented right in front of you was different.
It was the same situation for me.
My thoughts were abuzz in my mind as I took in the delicious smell that I knew existed around me. In those doors that looked like stars was food.
But those could not be the priority.
"I need to leave this place," I said to myself.
I couldn't stay here forever. I needed to get back to the human world. I needed to get back to my friends, girls and boys included.
If I was killed here by the Darkness Devil or the Death Devil, I would reincarnate back into the human world. I was sure I would still have my memories, but all the power I had gained so far would be wasted.
I wanted to get back into the human world while retaining this power.
But how do I do that?
Primordial Devils had a way to descend forcefully into the human world, defying all logic and nature of the world. But I wasn't at the level of primordials just yet. I was close, but I wasn't that powerful.
I think I was stronger than the Darkness Devil when he came into the human world.
As I racked my brain while floating in space, I came to a conclusion.
"The Hell Devil," I said.
That would be my way out. Among all devils, the Hell Devil had the ability to leave Hell and even summon humans into Hell. If I could eat him and gain his abilities, I should be able to do the same as well.
Moving between Hell and the Human World would be neat. It also meant that I could come and go here to train and get stronger by eating Devils.
That'd be perfect.
Only problem was that I didn't know where the Hell Devil was.
If I went through dimensions after dimensions, perhaps I would find the Hell Devil after an infinite amount of time. But I didn't have such a privilege when the Darkness Devil and the Death Devil were after me.
I thought and thought and thought of a way to get out or find the Hell Devil.
I had escaped Hell once before. When I ate Makima, I was able to come out forcefully from Hell. But that was purely because I had an anchor to the human world. At that point, imagine it being like hanging on a cliff.
While the rest of your body was falling, one of your arms held onto the land. So with enough strength, you could pull yourself up. But this time, I had no anchor in the human world. And it would be much harder this time because I was supposed to be here in Hell, whereas last time, I was forcefully trapped in Hell by the Hell Devil, so the law of the world was on my side.
As I thought and thought and found no answer, I went to my mindscape and announced to all the devils imprisoned inside me if they knew a way out. I promised to vomit out anyone who told me the way.
Many devils came forward but they spewed only bullshit. Some claimed that they needed to be released first to find me a way out of Hell. Heh, like I believed that.
Then I tried to figure things out on my own. I had many devils with different authorities inside me. Perhaps one of their powers could help. Who knew. Although it was the same ability, I had much more raw power than them, so what they couldn't achieve with their concepts might be achievable for me.
I went through all the devils and their powers. The whole thing took longer than you would imagine. Sometimes, it was only a second to know what was useless, like the Fan Devil or the Grinder Devil. But for some more powerful Devils, I had to genuinely try to understand the scope of their concept.
In the end, I found something.
I stopped floating around in outer space and began falling.
Falling, falling, falling and falling.
Eventually, the speed of my fall began breaking the barriers of dimensions.
There was the sound of tearing paper as I fell through space itself.
The power of a primordial, the Falling Devil, was the only way I could escape from here.
And so.
I fell into Hell.

Soviet Premier accuses world powers of exploiting Black Day to dismantle rival nations : In one of the most controversial speeches since the collapse of the Geneva Peace Summit, Soviet Premier Viktor Malenkov accused the international community of using the tragedy of Black Day as a pretext to weaken competing powers and reshape the global balance of power.
Speaking before members of the Supreme Soviet, Malenkov rejected the Black Day Accountability Framework proposed by the United States and its allies, describing the demands as "national surrender disguised as justice." He argued that the framework's requirements, including financial reparations, restrictions on Devil research, international oversight of military Devil assets, and extensive intelligence disclosures, would permanently rob the Soviet Union of thier position as a World Power.
"The world speaks of peace," Malenkov declared. "Yet when peace was offered in Geneva, what was demanded was not reconciliation, but submission. Certain governments have already decided who the villains are. They seek not the truth behind Black Day, but the destruction of those they consider obstacles to their dominance."
The Soviet leader further claimed that the growing military coalition surrounding Japan was evidence that many governments had already chosen confrontation over diplomacy. He pointed to the deployment of American naval forces in the Pacific, the expansion of military cooperation between Western nations, and increasing calls for restrictions on Soviet and German security programs.
According to Soviet officials, Black Day had become a political weapon.
"The victims deserve justice," Malenkov stated. "But justice and vengeance are not the same thing. There are those who would use the blood of the dead to redraw the map of the world."
The speech stopped short of directly accusing the United States of orchestrating international pressure. Instead, Malenkov argued that many nations had become willing participants in a campaign aimed at reducing Soviet influence and eliminating rival powers from the world stage.

The Kremlin further announced that, should the demand be ignored, the Soviet Union would begin preparing all necessary measures to defend its national interests.
...
