The black-striped leopard, as usual, lay leisurely hidden among the black fir wood, feeling very content.
As the top hunter within Divine Wind Valley, it had no worries about going hungry.
Every day, it just needed to hide carefully among the treetops, and countless fools would see the Purple Bodhi Tree and quickly approach.
And at those times, it simply needed to pounce downward, which was usually enough to have a good meal without needing to go out hunting again.
The only thing that troubled it slightly was the poisonous mist dispersing again.
Whenever that happened, a group of annoying creatures would come to disturb its life.
Remember the last time, a group came, and the foremost was a real nuisance, making it injured and need years to recover.
Fortunately, that group eventually became its snacks, allowing it a hearty feast.
That taste, really evoked some nostalgia.
