Unlike Gojo Satoru, who achieved Black Flash through ultimate control over Curse Power, Second Body grasped the pulsation that triggers Black Flash; one is triggered microscopically, the other relies on macroscopic pulsation.
Both methods can achieve continuous Black Flash, but Second Body's method definitely cannot reach the level of Gojo Satoru's normal attacks being Black Flash.
