The moment Kaija heard those words, her expression twisted.
"Are you crazy, Karl Hanski?"
She planted a hand firmly against his baby face, blocking those clear, yearning turquoise eyes from view.
"What's wrong with that?" Karl frowned, peeling her hand away. "Didn't I sleep at your place last night? You can stay at mine."
To Karl, the proposal seemed perfectly reasonable.
There were more bedrooms in this apartment than either of them could ever use. And if she happened to choose the same arrangement as the night before...
