Rayon gently reached forward and closed Simon's eyes.
For a brief moment, everything became silent.
The ruined workshop, the shattered walls, the scorched earth… even the wind seemed to stop moving, as though the world itself was mourning the passing of the greatest blacksmith to ever exist.
Rayon slowly turned his gaze toward Miyuki.
The moment his eyes landed on her, the overwhelming pressure surrounding her existence disappeared.
Her crimson eyes lost their focus. Her body swayed.
Then she collapsed. It wasn't exhaustion. It wasn't injury. It was an existential collapse.
The monstrous scorpion armor covering her body dissolved into countless crimson particles before disappearing completely. The enormous tail crumbled away, the hardened shell vanished, and within seconds she had returned to her ordinary human appearance.
She remained unconscious, breathing softly.
Rayon simply waved one hand.
Miyuki's unconscious body slowly floated into the air.
Moments later Two figures arrived. Nyk and Erethon.
Nyk immediately saw Simon's body.
His pupils narrowed and his jaw tightened.
The grip around the hilt of his sword destroyer became so firm that the leather wrapping nearly split beneath his fingers.
He said nothing.
Erethon quietly looked at Simon.
Then at Rayon.
His gaze shifted toward the unconscious Miyuki floating beside him.
Silence. For several long seconds…He simply stared. To kill the friend of Darkness using his own daughter…
His crimson eyes flickered.
…This is one of the worst possibilities that could happen.
A faint smile appeared beneath the darkness covering his face.
For the enemy, I mean.
Without another word, space behind them distorted.
A graceful feminine figure emerged from the darkness.
Vorthalaxis.
She looked once at Simon.
Then at Miyuki. Rayon silently handed both of them over.
Vorthalaxis accepted them gently.
"I'll take care of them."
She stepped backward. The Endless Abyss opened behind her like an endless sea of darkness.
Without another sound…She disappeared inside. The Abyss closed.
Far away…On the continent of Isle. One of Ra's territories.
Sebastian, Myron and Serion stood atop an ancient cliff overlooking countless monster settlements. Sebastian quietly looked toward the distant horizon.
"It seems that Simon is dead."
A smile slowly appeared.
"Father is now one step closer to his plans."
Serion, carrying the Authority of Aries, folded his arms.
"We shouldn't stay for too long though."
His expression became serious.
"By now Darkness must've—"
Before he could finish Darkness.
An endless ocean of darkness erupted across the continent. It swallowed Isle within an instant.
Then…It continued expanding. It crossed oceans. Kingdoms. Mountains. Continents. Until…The entire planet of Tiamat was consumed.
Back in Tartarus…Rayon slowly turned around. Nyk immediately stepped forward.
"I'll—"
A hand stopped him. Erethon.
"No."
Nyk looked toward him. Erethon's glowing eyes remained fixed on Rayon.
"He wants to do it alone."
Nyk stared for a moment. Then sighed.
"…Yeah."
He stepped back.
"I'll wait."
Rayon's voice echoed quietly.
"Endless Darkness."
The darkness covering Tiamat deepened.
Every corner of the world disappeared beneath an infinite black sky.
Across the planet… Powerful beings instantly felt it.
Some became wary. Some weren't even surprised anymore.
Others simply watched in silence.
But every single one of them shared one emotion.
Caution. Rayon's eyes slowly narrowed.
"So that's where you are."
He disappeared.
Back on Isle… Sebastian's eyes widened.
"Move!"
The three immediately activated their spatial authority.
Space twisted. Nothing happened. Again. Nothing.
Every teleportation…Every spatial pathway…Every dimensional connection…Had been severed.
Sebastian slowly lowered his hand.
"…He's here."
Above the continent…Rayon floated silently beneath the black heavens.
He looked down. The land below was vast. Very few people lived there. The continent was ruled almost entirely by monsters.
Rayon slowly raised his right hand.
His voice echoed across the entire continent.
"Come out, you fucker!"
He swung his hand downward. The world split.
An earth-shaking roar erupted.
The continent cracked apart into countless pieces.
Mountains collapsed. Forests vanished beneath enormous fissures.
The land itself began sinking into the surrounding ocean.
Gigantic waves rose toward the heavens.
Everything was falling apart. Sebastian…Myron…Serion…All three suddenly froze.
A pressure beyond comprehension descended upon them.
It felt as though a single finger…Could erase them. Their expressions twisted. Together they roared.
"God's Descent!"
Light exploded from their bodies.
Divine transformations engulfed them.
At the same time The Chains of the Endless Abyss wrapped around Rayon's tattooed arm.
The chains shifted. Compressed and Merged together. Until they became a single black sword.
Rayon looked at them without emotion.
"I have no need for the two of you."
He swung once. A single vertical slash.
Silence.
Myron's transformation split apart. His body followed.
Before he could even scream He disintegrated into dust.
Serion's transformed body also separated cleanly in half.
His existence dissolved into countless particles before disappearing completely.
Gone. Only Sebastian remained. Even his divine transformation had been split apart.
The golden armor shattered into fragments of light.
Yet…His body remained untouched.
Rayon had chosen not to kill him. Sebastian stood frozen.
Unable to move. Unable to breathe. Unable to resist. Slowly… He lifted his eyes toward the dark heavens.
"Father…"
His voice trembled.
"I ask for your protection this once."
The heavens answered.
A blinding golden beam descended from beyond the skies.
Its divine radiance eclipsed everything. Its power alone was enough to erase the entire planet of Tiamat.
It descended directly toward Rayon. Rayon slowly looked upward. His expression never changed.
"…Don't interfere, Ra."
He raised one hand.
"Endless Abyss."
Darkness gathered from every direction.
The black sea rose into the heavens.
It swallowed the golden beam whole.
Not a single fragment of light escaped.
Far beyond Tiamat…Ra's true body suddenly staggered.
"…!"
He coughed blood. Golden blood dripped from his lips. His expression darkened.
"Dare to destroy my creations… Darkness…"
Back on Isle…Before Sebastian could react Rayon appeared behind him. One hand grabbed Sebastian's head.
Without a word… He threw him. The Endless Abyss opened.
Sebastian disappeared into its endless darkness.
His eyes slowly opened.
Silence. No sky. No ground. Only darkness. Endless and Boundless. Sebastian instinctively reached for his power.
Nothing. His divine authority was gone. His transformation was gone.
His strength… Gone. For the first time in countless years… He felt ordinary. Then…One eye opened. Another. Another. Thousands. Millions.
Countless crimson eyes appeared throughout the darkness.
Watching him.
A voice echoed from everywhere.
"…Abyssal creatures."
Silence.
Then…"Devour him."
The darkness moved.
Countless abyssal creatures descended upon Sebastian.
Again And again And again.
Each time he was consumed… He returned.Only to be devoured once more. Over…And over…And over again.
His screams slowly became weaker.His thoughts became emptier.His mind fractured.
Eventually…He fell to his knees.His voice broke.
"Please…I don't want this anymore…please Kill me…"
But the Endless Abyss answered with silence.
The cycle began again and again and again.
Until nothing remained.
Rayon erased Sebastian completely. Body, Soul and Existence.
Even reincarnation was denied to him.
Back on Tiamat…The darkness slowly receded.
The Endless Darkness disappeared. Blue skies returned.
Sunlight washed across the world once more.
High above the sea…Rayon stood alone atop a mountain.
The sunset stretched across the endless horizon.
Golden light reflected over the calm ocean. He quietly watched it.
Then…He vanished. A moment later…He appeared once again within Tartarus.
Nyk and Erethon were already waiting for him.
Neither of them spoke. The silence was enough.
