Kelly took a deep breath, looking around her with a bit of melancholy.
People in the thousands, all of them geniuses by right, had made it into this secret realm.
Yet only she had ever reached this far. Only she had made it to this tower.
Most of them were dead, and some of them had ended up broken both in mind and spirit. This journey was an insane one, and she had learned a lot of things.
She was far stronger than she had been before she entered here, and somehow she had a weird sensation that made her feel like she had grown up too fast.
She made some friends along the way, and she watched one of those very friends die just to save her. She had gained strength, but she had equally lost it too.
So standing in front of this tower didn't make Kelly feel ecstatic in the slightest. Or at least, not as happy as she thought she would have been.
