Chapter 42 - Chapter 42 — Distraction.

"It's gone," Greyson said, wiping his hands on his jeans as he walked into the lounge. "How is she?"

"After she was in your head she fell asleep," Kal said, looking over at Indianna who was asleep on the couch. "She's burning up and looks like she's in pain."

"You should've told me," Greyson muttered and walked over to Indianna, sitting down next to her, his presence soothing her immediately. "She gets like this when I'm away from her."

"Well, I thought you were a bit preoccupied disposing of the decapitated head," Kal said.

Greyson cursed quietly under his breath and closed his eyes. "I can't believe he sent that to her. He's sick."

"He wants her," Kal said as Greyson started to play with some of Indianna's hair. "We need to figure out why."

Greyson stayed quiet and Kal frowned, looking at him suspiciously. "What?" Greyson asked.

"You just blocked your thoughts off," Kal accused and Greyson shrugged.

"So?"

"You're hiding something."

"No I'm not."

"You know who he is!" Kal gasped. "You know why he wants Indie!"

"No, I don't," Greyson groaned. "Not for definite."

"You have suspicions?"

Greyson looked at his ginger friend and nodded. "I do. However, I pray to the Moon Goddess that I'm wrong."

When Indianna woke the next day she was still lying on the couch but she was snuggled into Greyson's chest.

"Hey," he said softly and ran his fingers through her long hair. "You alright?"

Indianna sighed and shook her head. "I can't stop thinking about Cassie."

"I know it's hard, but you're going to have to."

"What did you do with it?" Indianna asked quietly.

"It's gone," Greyson said dismissively. "It's over."

"I need to shower," Indianna said and stood up, trying to force the image of Cassie's head from her mind. "I feel dirty and horrible."

"I'll come with you," Greyson said, following Indianna out of the room.

"No you will not."

"I'll stay in the bedroom," he chuckled and they made their way up the stairs. "You've not sprouted hair in front of Kimberly have you?"

"Not yet," Indianna said. "Greyson, after what happened I don't think Kimberly should stay here. Something bad could happen to her."

"Currently I wouldn't mind if it did," Greyson muttered and sighed. "But I agree with you, however my parents are adamant that the bitch stays."

"Great," Indianna said sarcastically and opened the door to her room to see Kimberly sitting on her bed applying her makeup.

Kimberly looked up and narrowed her eyes at Greyson and Indianna. "What?"

"I think I should be asking that question," Indianna frowned. "This is my room."

"I don't see your name on it," Kimberly shrugged.

"I'll go scratch your name into the trash cans outside and you can stay there from now on," Greyson said and glared at Kimberly. "Get out."

Kimberly swallowed, but crossed her arms over her chest stubbornly. "I like this room. So... No."

"Get out or I'll drag you out by your shitty pink hair and let you sleep in the woods," Greyson snarled, taking a threatening step forward.

"Greyson," Indianna sighed and grabbed his hand. "I can't be bothered with this right now. I'll just shower in your room."

Greyson turned and arched an eyebrow at Indianna, smirking slightly. "Will you now?"

Indianna rolled her eyes and pulled Greyson out of the room. They walked down the corridor and passed Mac on the way.

"Hey, Indianna, how are you?" He asked cautiously.

"Honestly?" Indianna sighed and shook her head. "Not good."

"Wanna do us a favour?" Greyson said, wrapping his arms around Indianna.

"Depends on the favour."

"Go find my darling sister and tell her to get into bitch mode and go share the shit out of the little bitch in Indianna's room so she leaves," Greyson said.

"She's in your room?" Mac said in disbelief and Indianna nodded.

"And you asked her to leave?"

Indianna nodded.

"And she didn't?"

"Yes, which is why we need Kirstie. I love her and all, but she can be a complete bitch, which can be handy in certain situations," Greyson said. "And extremely annoying in others," he muttered.

"I'll go grab her and we'll both have a word with your cousin," Mac nodded and Greyson slapped his shoulder in thanks.

"Thanks, man," he nodded and nudged Indianna. "Let's go, you smell."

Indianna punched Greyson and they made their way to his room. She went straight to the bathroom and locked the door behind her, rolling her eyes when she heard Greyson chuckle.

She showered quickly. Her mind started to wander to Cassie when she had no one to distract her. When she got out of the shower she frowned and looked at Greyson's towel, remembering she had nothing to change into or dry herself with. She grabbed the towel and wrapped it around herself before making her way back into the bedroom. Greyson looked up when she entered and smirked.

*Isn't the view lovely,* he said.

Indianna rolled her eyes. "I haven't any clothes."

"That's fine by me," Greyson shrugged.

"Greyson," Indianna said and shook her head, walking over to his dresser and opening a draw. "Can I borrow some clothes?"

"Go ahead," Greyson nodded and walked over to Indianna as she grabbed a pair of boxers and a large tshirt. She headed for the bathroom, but Greyson gripped her waist and pulled her back. "Hold it," he said and smirked at Indianna. "You don't expect me to just stand here and do nothing when you are dressed in nothing but a towel?"

"Yes. Yes I do."

"You know me better than that, sugar," Greyson whispered and ran his thumb over Indianna's lip, leaving tingles in its wake.

"Greyson," Indianna mumbled, "I need to change."

"But I need you," Greyson said and grabbed the bundle of clothes from Indianna's hands.

"Hey-"

Greyson pulled the black tshirt over Indianna's head and smirked. "Sorted," he said when she quickly stuffed her arms through the arm holes so the top fell down to her thighs.

"The boxers," Indianna said and Greyson grinned innocently, throwing them over his shoulder.

"What about them?"

"You just love to be annoying," Indianna muttered, but a small smile was on her face. She went to move past Greyson but he wrapped his arms round her waist and lifted her up, spinning her round.

"Where are you going, sugar?" He chuckled and put Indianna down on the floor. "I said I need you." Greyson placed a hand on Indianna's back and the other went to her ass.

Indianna looked into Greyson's dark eyes and she smiled triumphantly. "You need me?" She repeated.

"Yes," Greyson grumbled.

"I need you too," Indianna said and gently kissed him. "Distract me, Greyson."

"Oh, it would be my pleasure," Greyson smirked and pulled Indianna towards him and softly kissed her. It started soft, Greyson was almost delicate. It was as soon as Indianna tugged on his hair and moaned quietly that Greyson took control. Roughly kissing Indianna and sending waves of pleasure through her. Greyson placed both of his hands on Indianna's bare ass and easily lifted her up. Indianna's legs immediately wrapped around his waist and she giggled softly.

"Sugar?" Greyson said between breaths. "How badly do you need distracting?"

"At the moment Cassie's head is still pretty fresh in my memory," Imdianna muttered. "I want to forget. I need to focus on something else."

"That's fine by me," Greyson smirked and kissed Indianna again, but this time Greyson's hand started moving to an area he had yet to touch. "If you want me to stop, just let me know," he said lowly, but Indianna shook her head, biting her lip in pleasure when Greyson started to rub her clit.

"Don't," she breathed and Greyson slowly inserted a finger into Indianna. Indianna gasped softly and rested her head into the crook of Greyson's neck when he started to move his finger faster. She bit her lip and tangled her fingers in Greyson's hair when he started to rub her clit as well.

"I never told you this," Greyson said in a smug tone. "But I happen to do wonders with my fingers."

Indianna rolled her eyes and a weird feeling started to form in her abdomen. As Greyson worked his fingers harder the weird feeling that Indianna had never felt before grew. It got stronger and stronger and Indianna gasped, squeezing her eyes shut. She liked the feeling. "Oh-"

Indianna froze when she heard Greyson's door open and Greyson stopped pumping his fingers. "Fucksake," he muttered and Indianna went bright red, refusing to look behind her to see who was at the door.

"Oh god, no one wants to say they've seen their little brother fingering his girlfriend," Kirstie said in a disgusted voice and Greyson narrowed his eyes, pulling his fingers out and setting Indianna on the ground.

"You interrupted us for her?" Greyson said, looking at Kimberly who looked extremely awkward.

Indianna slowly turned to look and saw Kirstie and Mac standing with Kimberly in the doorway of Greyson's room. "Oh my god," she whispered and buried her face in Greyson's chest. Greyson chuckled and wrapped his arm around Indianna.

"What do you want?" Greyson said.

"We just came to let you know that Kimberly is now in a room of her own and she has something to say to you, Indie," Kirstie said and she smirked slightly at Indianna's embarrassment.

Everyone turned to look at Kimberly who purses her lips and sighed. "Sorry," she muttered.

"What was that? I didn't quite catch that," Greyson said and Kimberly narrowed her eyes.

"Sorry," she repeated.

"Did you hear something?" Kirstie wondered and Greyson shook his head with a smirk.

"No, not a peep."

"Urgh, I'm sorry!" Kimberly said loudly and huffed. "Sorry for stealing your room, Indianna."

"That's okay," Indianna nodded and chewed on her lip awkwardly, looking up at Greyson. *Um, Greyson, I'm not feeling that comfortable right now considering this top doesn't cover that much and I have no underwear on and your sister, her boyfriend and your cousin have a lovely view of me.*

*Oh shit, yeah,* he said and looked at Kirstie.

"Cheers sis, but as you can see you interrupted something-"

"Oh fuck, yeah we're outta here. I've seen much more than I wanted to," Kirstie muttered. "Have fun!" She called and closed the door to Greyson's room.

"Thanks," Greyson said sarcastically and looked down at Indianna and laughed. "Well, that was a nice distraction."

"Shut up," Indianna mumbled and groaned loudly. "That was so embarrassing!"

"Chill," Greyson chuckled and picked up his boxers that he previously threw on the floor. He pass them to Indianna and grinned. "Maybe you should put them on now."

Indianna snatched the boxers and was grateful when they were more like shorts. "In going to my room to get changed."

"Put something decent on," Greyson said. "We're going to a party."

"We are?"

"Yes."

"Since when?"

"Since Kal mind linked me and told me about it."

"That means there's going to be a lot of people there. What if I do something that I can't help? What if the pain comes back-"

"I'll be with you so you won't be in pain and we'll just have to hide you if people start to see body parts of a wolf. They'll be drunk anyway, so you'll be fine."

"A party," Indianna said and nodded. "With lots of people..." She sighed and nodded. "It's a distraction. Let's go."
