During the Tiara Incident, surely the event that had occurred had caused an uproar, and Leon had even destroyed the Demon God's vessel.
But it was also true that the Demon God's vessel thing was never even part of the Game's Plot to begin with, just like how Dreamweaver's descent was not part of the original Evana Arc either.
