She was both these worlds themselves... By simply channeling her thoughts, she could make a star burn faster, stir up huge waves in an ocean, or suddenly propel a civilization into a technological breakthrough, as effortlessly as moving her own fingers.
Yet she was also an observer who could slow the flow of time to the extreme, to witness the full journey of a speck of dust drifting from one end of the universe to the other, or speed up time by millions of times to behold the complete rise and fall of a civilization.
This sensation vaguely reminded her of a type of game she once saw in the Cosmic Library... seemingly called an "RTS strategy game."
Players could control armies, build bases, and adjust the speed of time to observe the battlefield.
