Outside the barrier left behind by the Original Creator, individual terrifying facial features that were difficult to describe concretely accentuated themselves.

They pressed tightly against the invisible barrier, their gazes piercing through the brilliant Astral World to watch the series of disputes currently playing out. While seeping power through and utilizing their own symbolism to exert influence—thus stalling the actions of the deities—they simultaneously awaited the most suitable opportunity.

The brilliant starlight pervading the Astral World quietly retracted, transforming into streams of "light" that were not brilliant, not clear, and devoid of any color, being composed of pure information.

Amidst the interweaving of the "light," Leyton's figure emerged.

Behind him, countless illusory rivers converged together, and a blurry, not-real-enough, slowly rotating mercury-colored wheel emerged.

It was like a certain manifestation of destiny, the Incarnation of Fate!

All sorts of symbolic signs flickered around the wheel, representing different futures.

Along with the slow rotation of the wheel, individual illusory long rivers representing the future also began to shake along with it; a portion of them vanished, but even more illusory long rivers emerged, looking as though they were weaving and filtering destiny.

Along with the shifting of destiny, the cosmos outer deities one after another stepped out from the planets they respectively occupied, attempting to stop that opportunity that was currently vanishing.

Behind Leyton, the rotation of the Wheel of Fortune became difficult, looking as though two pairs of invisible hands were locked in a trial of strength with Him.

Outside the primordial barrier, a black hole was currently taking shape. The trajectories of the stars in the solar system instantly fell into chaos, and all stars were drifting toward Earth uncontrollably, including the sun situated at the absolute center.

An illusory book scroll emerged out of thin air. That gradually expanding black hole instantly disintegrated, being transformed into countless knowledge, information, and words, which were imprinted into the illusory book scroll.

In the next second, the illusory book scroll was propped open from the inside, and the black hole that had been transformed into information was elevated in dimensions, emerging anew.

Surrounded by the brilliant starlight, Leyton lowered his head to glance at the Forsaken Land of the Gods, after which he moved his gaze toward Lenburg, speaking with a tone that carried no fluctuations:

"Are you still not going to strike? If They blow up the solar system, then there won't be anything left to play with."

"Or, do you plan to first let yourself become the Creator, and reconstruct a solar system?"

Wearing a black clerical long robe, the True Creator stepped out from the shadow of Lenburg's capital. Along with His emergence, individual opened mirror surfaces in the surroundings were shrouded in a layer of deep black, and the connection between the mirror world and reality was forcibly severed.

Those tangible and intangible matters drilling out from the mirror world one after another were stained with a layer of viscous black liquid, right until they perished amidst degeneracy.

The True Creator spoke with a peaceful and steady voice: "Their actions cannot be considered troublesome for you."

One civilization picture scroll after another unfolded around the True Creator. Eye after eye flickering with pure radiance germinated out from within, reflecting the figure of the True Creator inside the eyes, and Leyton's voice reverberated around along with it:

"But your choice is very troublesome for me. If a choice must be made between an ally and the barrier, then I will choose my ally."

"There are thousands upon thousands of civilizations in the universe. I merely possess a preference toward the civilization of Earth, but it does not mean I must choose it. My brilliance comes from all civilizations, rather than a single Earth."

"My promise is that, after the descent of the apocalypse, I will assist you in snatching the authority and characteristics of the High-Dimensional Overseer. A portion of His authority is neighboring to the Creator..."

Before the True Creator's words fell, the ground suddenly vibrated. The mirror surfaces blocked by the aura of the Chaos Sea flickered once again, and along with gunpowder smoke and calamity, a crimson firelight projected out, covering the entire sky.

In the mottled, shattered sky, a city entirely full of rust and bloodstains was mapped out upside down. Upon the plaza in the center of the city, two Medicis who looked exactly identical confronted each other—one holding a long sword, one holding a scorched banner full of bloodstains.

Within the city reflecting the sky, those figures who originally should have been like the walking dead were replaced by individual vibrant, real people coming from the real world.

Those individual vibrant people, including the city itself, together composed a grand ritual, opening a "door" leading toward the deep, dead, silent cosmos within the mirror world.

Without a single shred of hesitation, the True Creator's figure directly rose higher, expanding into a giant light and shadow capable of seemingly supporting heaven and earth.

The Blasphemy Slate appeared in His hand, and simultaneously an illusory, pitch-black, lightless ocean was mapped out beneath His feet, churning continuously, attempting to use the "sea water" to submerge that piece of the mirror world.

....

In the Astral World, Leyton suddenly had some realization as he muttered to himself: "Is this the essence of that calamity that causes the apocalypse to arrive ahead of schedule?"

Behind him, that slowly rotating silver-white wheel had already vanished, replaced instead by Aranbell's figure. He likewise noticed the anomalies in reality below, nodding gently as though he had long since expected it:

"The essence of the mirror world is precisely a collection of doors. Within it, it is a very normal and very reasonable matter for some doors to connect to the cosmos."

"There are three who master the most authority in this aspect: the Lord of the Mysteries, the Supernova Dominator, and the Indescribable Dame."

"That successor of the Lord of the Mysteries is still accommodating the authorities of Error and Door, having no time to care about too much, while the City of Calamity—which took back the corresponding authority—can naturally open a 'door' that bypasses the primordial barrier under the internal and external cooperation with the Supernova Dominator."

Leyton furrowed his brows, speaking with a condensed tone: "You saw this scene long ago?"

Aranbell nodded gently, speaking with a tone that appeared somewhat depressed:

"I am the Incarnation of Fate, capable of seeing all destinies, even if they are hidden or obscured. However, I cannot violate destiny; that is no different from suicide."

"This is the future with the most probability that I saw. I attempted to modify it to let the future become uncertain and uncontrollable, but failed under the influence of those two in the cosmos."

"This belongs to established destiny. Even if you can interfere time after time, it will not influence the ultimate outcome, unless it is the Beacon of Destiny who strikes."

Leyton did not speak further. Reaching his hand out to take the Magic Lamp out from the void, he made no hesitation whatsoever, directly throwing this Magic Lamp that sealed the Genie out of the Astral World, throwing it into the desolate cosmos.

A vast amount of white mist distorted distance, directly descending to encompass the Magic Lamp that was like a golden water kettle.

At the same time, the cosmos outer deities one after another injected power into Earth through the mirror world. From this moment onward, the apocalypse preliminarily descended!

Along with the Magic Lamp being sent back to the cosmos by Leyton, Klein, who was accommodating the authorities of Error and Door within Sefirah Castle, also perceived that the contract he signed with the Genie had already been completed.

....The Genie has been sent back to the cosmos... Amidst the floating thoughts, Klein stepped out of Sefirah Castle. The information from the Spirit World was received by him, rapidly understanding all matters that occurred during this period of time.

"To think that the apocalypse would unfold in such a manner. Destiny was already destined from the moment the Western Continent's Sefirot broke free from the seal."

Muttering in a low voice, Klein's figure, accompanied by endless gray-white mist, directly appeared in Lenburg.

The gray-white mist churned beneath Klein's feet, solidifying to turn into a robust barrier.

At the same time, layer upon layer of illusory doors welled out within his eyes. In the entire world, and even the surrounding universe, all probabilities related to "Door" were shut down, and the seeping power of the cosmos outer deities was forcibly interrupted.

This kind of state did not last too long. The Supernova Dominator and the City of Calamity, who likewise mastered the relevant authorities, once again opened a portion of the mirror world connecting the cosmos and reality, but the connection between Lenburg and the outside world was severed.

Klein's figure flickered once, appearing directly in the Astral World, appearing beside Leyton and Aranbell, speaking with a heavy tone:

"This layer of sealing can only weaken the doors of the mirror world, but cannot thoroughly close them. The apocalypse has already begun."

"The only good news is that due to the existence of the primordial barrier, the doors opened utilizing the mirror world are still insufficient to accommodate the true bodies of the Great Old Ones to pass through. They can only contend with us across space."

"This cannot be counted as too terrible." Leyton responded with a gentle nod.

Along with his words, the sound of illusory flowing water reverberated out from nothingness, echoing by everyone's ear to bring them tranquility and smooth away the fear and confusion rising within their hearts for reasons unknown.

An illusory, pitch-black, lightless long river passed through the Astral World between an indescribable starting point and ending point.

Upon the river surface, a figure wearing a black classical long dress stepped slowly over. Her body was relatively illusory, resembling the late-night sky, and her face looked as though it was covered by layer upon layer of thin gauze—hazy yet exceptionally beautiful.

Almost at the exact same time, layer upon layer of overlapping, magnificent palaces were mapped out in the Astral World.

At the absolute highest point that was like a heaven beyond heavens, Roselle sat majestically upon a golden throne, wearing a pitch-black crown and a dark-red coat embroidered with rusty-gold threads, holding a golden long sword in his hand.

Behind him, noble figures whose countenances could not be seen clearly entrenched themselves respectively; they appeared to be a part of Roselle, yet appeared to be his competitors.

At this instant, all people who possessed faith listened to a divine oracle:

"The apocalypse has begun!"
