Gema strutted back to Bael and embraced him once more.
"Now darling, you don't happen to have a scouting spell on you?" Gema asked, staring into Bael's eyes.
Bael raised his right arm and stretched it out. He then spoke in a cold almost mechanical voice,"Dark magic:Tier 5:Shadow beasts—Crow."
Gema watched as Bael's arm was enveloped by a wave of dark mana before it clumped up into a ball of darkness. Wings burst from the mass as it reshaped into a crow made entirely of shadow, wisps of darkness trailing from its body.
"I can share its vision. As well as share it with anyone staring into my eyes," He continued.
Gema's lips curled up more, barely unable to contain her excitement,"Alright then birdy, fly," she commanded.
The shadow crow spread it wings and took flight. It soared right above their boat, giving Gema a bird's eye view of the entire forest.
"Thanks for keeping an eye out Bael," Satel shouted from her seat.
Gema glanced over at them then back at Bael. She stared into Bael's eyes like a lover who had spent an eternity away from her spouse.
"Amazing darling, now go out and find me a blue thunder crocodile," she commanded.
Bael responded in a flat tone, "Yes ma'am ."
Yes yes yes, I can finally wrap this mission up and go for that spa day the boss planned for us.
Gema couldn't help giggling at the thought but she quickly snapped herself out of it and focused on Bael's eyes.
