Arthur's voice was barely a breath, catching in his throat as her arms wrapped securely around him. She had already begun tracing a trail of gentle, feather-light kisses along his chest and up the sensitive column of his neck, making his heart hammer wildly against his ribs.
Suddenly, she paused. Hovering just inches away, Natalia looked up to study his gorgeously flushed face. The deep crimson blooming across his cheeks and the sheer vulnerability in his eyes were utterly addictive. To her, Arthur was a drug, one she couldn't get enough of, one that blurred her senses and made her crave more.
But a rational voice in the back of her mind whispered that she had to draw the line somewhere. She decided that somewhere had to be right now. If she kept inhaling his intoxicating pheromones for even a minute longer, she was going to have a very hard time pulling herself away.
