The king serpent, swung once his wings and the strong gust of wind blown Serpt, gasped while being forced away into the portal.
That was now where Serpt ended in a mountain, feeling the pain. She look at the bleeding part on her lower body and at the same time, frustrated, because she can't even protect the one she sworn with loyalty as a honorable knight.

Now that she's in different world she would have no choice but to finish her mission, which she needs to find a summoner, make a pact and take responsibility for it.
" A fated summoner huh... Your highness... your giving me such an impossible task " she closed her eyes in a tired sigh.
Before moving, she decided the need for proper rest and gathered water around her surroundings to patch her injury. It was not that easy way to heal since some of her strength withered in her past fight so she started to look for a habitat that is safe to recuperate.
As she found the cave, a pack of grey wolves was there, their leader was with them too, growling. Serpt understood it that someone will always protect their home or maybe a stray ones who just ended up to gain a base or territory. For her, right now, a choice had already been decided, that is to be alive and survive, and only give a warning.
Serpt emitted an immense amount of killing intent while also pouring out a mass of essence, the grey wolves quiver and whimper. They understood that great difference of strength which then give a response of a way for her, backing off slowly together with their leader, .
In a serpentine locomotion she then resize her body to get inside the cave and moved further with the egg that was levitating near at her upper body.
Blue lights shines and sure it is, that's a essence crystals she then thought that and maybe there were more essence crystals inside the cave then tried to feel it.
" Never thought that there would be mana crystals here "
Feeling the amount of mana crystals below her she went on that direction. The packs of the grey wolves saw earlier the serpent that was badly hurt, but only look at each other with frightened expression.
To ease their fear, that was then they gathered the mana crystals somewhere to make a tribute to the serpent as a sign of peace for probably not eating or killing them, but they cannot find the serpent so they pile it up figuring that the serpent will use it for recovery. Still the serpt doesn't have a clue what they were doing since she was already at the bottom floor of the lake.

As Serpt told her past and situation, Rev could only stare at the empty air with a saddened face while Wrath didn't say anything. Someone who heard about another dimension, Rev wasn't surprised or bewildered. Since he reincarnated he grasped the story easily and doesn't want to complicate it more to ask questions.

He understood that the pool of lake have the same properties like a mana crystals which it recovers the mana of an individual. Still... as he stands pouring out his mana, closing his eyes to focus more. He knows that as long as he stands or touches the lake's water, will recover, but even so the egg keep on absorbing and it increases the absorption rate at fast pace.
That means if the egg absorption rate is faster than the recovery rate of the lake's water that supplies Rev's mana, some of his stamina will be consumed too as a substitute for the rest of the space that covers the essence recovery rate. If it continues like that he would probably faint in the middle of contract pact.

The vibration of the cave became more aggressive, Wrath and Serpt can only watches the process of the pact to be done. Minutes have pass, slowly, until then the contract pact was fulfilled, with the egg glow. Serpt gaped as a surprise and wore a faint gently wryly smile.
Someone whom I just met really formed a pact with a serpent or the descendant of a Wyrm serpent's bloodline which is hardly for a human summoner to do that.
As soon as it will hatch the hatchling would probably consider Rev as its own parent or master, the growth rate of serpents is faster than humans. That's why if it reaches the teenage it would probably start to remember the events that happened to her, at her home or while being held by Serpt and at the event with Rev.
But with its understanding It will probably know that Rev wasn't the parent then in conclusion it will think of him as his master. Having emotions like family feelings, friend feelings or even romantic feelings and adapt more, any feelings as it grow which Serpt explained in front of Rev and ask in surprise of curiosity.
" Hu--huh! wait a spirit beast can have romantic feelings!? "
" Fool, Lord Rev, of course they are and of course all of beasts, monsters or creatures have feelings and emotions. That gives Rev a sigh of relief and moves beside Wrath who was floating, but he felt that only him and Wrath was moving.
" Serpt? Aren't you coming with us? "

Running straight ahead for the exit, they met a few grey wolves, instead of cowering with nervousness he changed it to smile because for him it's like an experience points.
The distance gradually keeps getting closer and he jump to strike a punch one of the grey wolf's jaw. With the amplification attribute of Kirpy he can kill the grey wolves and also he grows further, after the experience and knowledge that he just gained while fighting Serpt.
" Your one scary kid Lord Rev... " He give a opinion in low voice
" What? Did you say something? "
" No, nothing, just move ahead "
Punching the jaw of the other grey wolf, the impact give a blow and wham on the wall, he immediately distances his self to the others and rush to strike the other grey wolf. As it countered with a wide bite, Rev turned, catching eye to eye and punched the stomach up and bump as it fall down, he give a next attack giving an axe kick.
Dead on the spot, the other grey wolf that was punched in the jaw earlier got up but Rev was already in front of it and give a palm strike form and blasted away. He looked at the last grey wolf and rushed towards it, formed a chop strike on its hands using a element of wind, striking together, for sure he won't miss that close gap between them.
" Phew... that took a lot of essence out of me "
After hearing that Wrath give slight lecture
" ? that's not it Lord Rev your pool of essence is just still small, you did increase earlier the amount of your mana, but you didn't recover fully. That's why it's expected that you will get exhausted "

Rev click his tongue, he stood up and stop absorbing the mana of the three dead grey wolves expressing that it was such a waste even if there only few of them. Both of them started to move out, as Rev run, he saw a small bright light and turned his head to Wrath, both of them knew, that it could be probably the exit of outside's cave.
Gradually getting closer they met more grey wolves then he increases his movements, swiftly approaches them and strikes it with a punch and kick at the head, stomach and jaw. Left them aside, he rush to the bright light, which it was getting wider and brighter, covering his right temple with right hand to shade his eyes from the bright light.
