Rei suddenly vanished and reappeared right behind Margot.
He raised his sword and slashed straight at his neck.
As if he had anticipated the attack, Margot dodged it with ease. He then clenched his right fist and swung it toward Rei's face.
"Die!"
Just before the punch could connect, Rei suddenly vanished from sight.
Margot froze. A sense of dread washed over him as his gaze snapped toward his sister.
There, he saw Rei standing behind her, his sword raised high before swinging it down.
"Marlan!" Margot screamed hoarsely.
Marlan tried to dodge, but it was already too late.
Slash!
The Divine Sword Luminus sliced cleanly through her neck.
Margot's eyes widened. It felt as though time itself had stopped.
"Marlan!" he roared.
A surge of rage erupted within him. Demonic power burst from his body, tearing through both demons and humans nearby.
"Argh! Argh! No!"
