"So," Caleb started. "What do we need to build a casino?"
"Legally or illegally?" Sophia countered.
"Legally first." He answered, this was already more trouble than he was comfortable getting into.
"Government contracts. Land acquisitions. Approvals. And a lot of licences."
"And what if I already have every licence available?" He asked plainly.
She stopped and raised a brow. "And how exactly would you do that?"
Caleb just smiled in reply. He still had Eugene in the government who'd be more than happy to speed up his approvals for a price.
