That's when it actually hit him on what he was talking to or what he was seeing.
He was seeing a fairy for the first time in his life a quote on quote magical being that lived with elves or deep in the forests with nothing around them.
He noticed all the intricacies with the fairy.
He looked noticing all the details about it.
From its head it had two little ears pointy and sharp and a soft mouth but behind the mouth was razor sharp claw like teeth.
With a cute button nose and a yellow color to match its soft inviting demeanor.
A voice as high and as squeaky as a rubber duck in a bathtub it would surely cause anybody to take a look behind them and look at what they're seeing.
Wearing a bright green dress with bright green shoes the first thing that Krow compared the fairy in his mind too was Tinkerbell from peter pan but it had been so long since he had seen that at all he was merely a child when he had seen that it was so long ago.
With the comparison now in his mind, he couldn't help but think of this small fairy as that even if he wasn't sure of the gender to Krow, it really didn't matter.
Though the most striking part about the entirety of the fairy was the fated wings it had on its back.
What seemed to be going at speeds of up to Mach 3 the tiny little wings of the fairy fluttered so fast in the dark vast wind. Krow could only stand there and be amazed at just how a creature like this even existed.
Here it was right in front of his eyes a mythological being that in school they had told him had gone completely extinct yet here it was standing before him like a cow to the slaughter.
It just didn't make sense in Krows eyes and honestly it wouldn't in many other eyes.
With Krow busy eyeing the fairy, it didn't even have the time to catch his attention.
Krow was now fully realizing what he had just done, and he began to actually see the fairy as a person and not just a glamorized inanimate object anymore.
The fairy flew around him so fast, and it started saying so many words at once to a barely awake Krow that he couldn't help but wonder if he would faint again.
"Hey! Are you listening to what I'm saying! Hey dummy! Hey big guy! Hey Emo boy! Hey Edward scissor hands! Hey Cruella! Stop just staring off into the abyss and look at me and what I'm saying!" Said the fairy before finally zapping Krow with its magical abilities.
"OW!" shouted Krow out in blatant pain.
"That really hurt you know I swear I'm listening to you just like how you even got here. Why are you here with me? Who are you really?" Said Krow.
Watching the little fairy fly donuts around his head like a car in an empty parking lot.
"Well first I'm here because of you actually I was assigned a mission from my homeland to come to you whatever that means I'm not sure I got it from the elders in the tribe. Oh, young one goes and find the drunken alcoholic!" Said the fairy in a playful charismatic tone trying to sound old at the last part.
Krow could only think to himself of how that one really hurt him.
"Continuing on I'm going to ignore your trifled stunted face so anyway. My name is Luna and it is very nice to meet you as i have been assigned to guide you through this continent! As for any other continents i am not sure about and I will have to get back to you I mean you could literally go back to the human continent for all I know I don't know that's the problem "Said Luna in a concerned sounding voice now.
"Wait so, is what happens to all humans who come to the elf continent they are assigned a fairy to them? Why are they assigned a fairy though I don't understand or at least why am i assigned one? Like what the fuck is this shit and where the damn elves!!" Said Krow in a questioning tone, then ultimately being enraged, going back to how he was before.
Pondering his finger on his chin, he could only go deeper into his thoughts as he searched eagerly for the truth but came to no avail.
"Well, you see the reason is super-duper important as to why I've been assigned to you, actually I don't know completely why either" Said luna in the most blatant I have no idea how tone of voice possible.
All it did was make Krow take a step back as he tried not to let his anger get the best to them.
"As for the last question I can actually answer that it's because there are no elves in this forest it is the gloom forest there is only cruel beast here." Said luna in an almost monotone tone.
"Only cruel beast what exactly are those?" Said Krow as he followed her as she began to fly around the forest.
Each one of Krows steps as he landed in the mud, or he landed in the dirt or grass below him with his shoes taking the impact. The outlandish jungle like area he was in had left him to no avail no other common men besides him.
Continuing and walking further pass just more of the huge trees with branches as long as a subway all the trees connect to one another or mushrooms the sizes of homes.
He saw creatures again in the trees what looked like jaguars this time with a green color and even sharper teeth then he could possibly imagine.
He was right underneath one as it was on top of one of the branches in the sky on the tree as he watched it slowly go closer.
It was at this point he noticed how the jaguar was leaking venom from its teeth causing the ground to be turned into what could only be described as magma as it melted the mud puddles beneath it into something more desolate.
He noticed another animal this time an orangutang as it fought one of the jaguars using all its feet it grabbed ahold of what seemed to be 8-foot jaguar and the 15 foot orangutang and with its seemingly pulsating huge muscles the orangutang slowly took the jaguar up into the air and slowly the muscles and nerves and tendons of the jaguar started to come undone in the air while the orangutang screamed.
"Ooh ooh aghh aghh!" Said the orangutang in a victory triumphant.
It broke the jaguar's spine in half like breaking the strings on a guitar with a sharp pick. It disassembled the jaguar completely, the thoughts that rushed through Krows' mind.
While Krow wasn't able to get the best view of the fight, he knew he would indeed see more in the near future.
"Do you understand it now? Those are curet beast this is the reality of the forest you're in it just so happened that where you got dropped is one of the more dangerous parts of the elf continent." Said luna now in an informative tone.
"So just what do I do what could I possibly do against that?" Said Krow in a defeated manor.
"Oh no don't worry you're not fighting one of those things you're fighting the stronger version in order to leave here that's what you have to do." Said luna
"Wait what are you fucking serious bitch? Huh? Theres no way I can do that at all!" Said Krow at this point basically feeling completely outraged after literally seeing the insane sight of the jaguar being pulled apart being replayed inside of his mind.
"Hey come on! Just believe in me, please! Just for this one time! I swear to get you stronger! We can create tools! I can help you I swear!" Said Luna begging, pleading with Krow at this point.
While Krow just plain up ignored her for the time being, focusing on what he needed to do now he needed to find shelter someway somehow. He knew he didn't have enough time to build it, so he needed to find it.
"Hey look you want my help and I want your help and I want to g et the fuck out of here so help me find shelter first pipsqueak" Said Krow in a controlling tone.
So slowly the two of them sparked a connection as they looked through the jungle for shelter.
