"Thalia. It is good to see you". Paola said to her, while the look on her face remained somewhat blank.
Thalia paused after Paola greeted her. She felt a huge surge of rage wash over her entire system. In the end, she failed to act like the caring best friend and decided to reveal a bit of her claws.
She pointed a finger at Paola and made sure that the finger was touching Paola's chest. Her face darkened. "Stop pretending, Piper! How dare you act ignorant after what you have done to me behind my back?!".
"How dare you steal my role as Jemmap's company's main model?!".
"Oh wait. I see what is happening here. You knew just how important the role was to me, so you decided to steal it right under my nose!". She yelled at Paola, and in a fit of rage, she struck Paola's face.
Paola was stunned, to the point she froze on the spot, because she could not believe what had just happened.
