Chapter 81 - Chapter 81: The Meeting – Part Eight: The Personality of a Leader

The entire council turns its attention toward one person, observing him carefully.

Even though they already know him, and he was once famous, that incident had forced him to leave both his position and the military.

Days passed. Years passed.

Then he returned once again, taking an incredibly important position, becoming the one who controlled the most important new organization: the Medical Organization.

There were opponents to his appointment, but because the five organization leaders supported him and stood by his side, he obtained the position without any problems.

And it also seemed that the President of Egypt was optimistic about him, so no one could openly object.

All the attendees look at one another, worry visible across their faces.

The President of Egypt speaks with a faint smile:

"Do you truly have a solution to this problem, Adam?"

Adam replies calmly:

"Yes, Mr. President… I do have a solution."

The President's smile widens further, as if he has great expectations.

Then he speaks while looking at Hossam:

"Thank you for your report, Hossam.

And if you have anything else, send it to my office.

We will leave the children in your hands, and I know you are worthy of this trust and responsibility.

Now let Adam tell us the solution to this problem, as well as his future plans and the plans of the Medical and Research Organization."

Then he turns his head toward Adam and says:

"Stand, Adam, and give me your report… and do not disappoint me."

Adam and Hossam respond at the same time:

"Yes, Mr. President."

Adam stands and walks forward to present his report, passing beside Hossam as he returns to his seat.

During that moment, Hossam whispers to him:

"Allah be with you… (good luck)."

Adam replies with a smile:

"Don't worry… everything is under control."

Adam stands before all the attendees, who stare at him, waiting for even the slightest mistake from him, judging and observing him carefully.

Behind him stands the giant screen.

Yet he appears strangely relaxed, completely unconcerned with what anyone thinks, as if all of this were merely a children's game to him.

Because, in the end, he was the leader and teacher of the five organization heads, and the one who gathered them together before leaving his position.

That is why every single one of the five leaders learned something from him and inherited a part of his personality, even if only a small part.

Adam begins speaking with complete confidence, and every word leaving his mouth carries a charm that captivates you:

"I do not understand why everyone is so worried about the rest of the countries.

In the end, those officials will not remain in power forever, and neither are we immortal.

So what they are doing is for the future of their nations… and that is what we should focus on."

He continues speaking, unconcerned whether everyone fully understands his meaning or not, yet somehow making everything sound logical.

"I want to ask you a question…

What is the one thing that survives throughout the ages, even after death?"

Everyone pauses, thinking, trying to answer.

But he gives them no opportunity, as if mocking them, or believing himself superior to them.

But… is that truly the case?

Adam answers his own question with arrogance and understanding unlike anyone else's:

"It is legend… or rather, the memory that is never forgotten."

Everyone is surprised by the answer, but no one can object.

Adam continues:

"What is the problem if the entire world unites against Egypt and Sinai Academy?

Yes, problems will happen.

Perhaps the academy will eventually be shut down.

Perhaps even Egypt itself could collapse."

He pauses for a moment, allowing everyone to process his words.

Then he continues:

"But the real problem… is that we are wasting this opportunity.

We are the ones who control energy, possess knowledge, and own the greatest organizations.

It may seem as if we stand alone against the world… but that is not true."

Then he smiles and says:

"We possess everything those countries need.

Without us, they would not be what they are.

They simply refuse to face the truth.

So… we will exploit their pride, and make them work for us."

Then he continues:

"We have built generations that will speak about Sinai Academy.

That is why Sinai Academy must become superior to all those academies.

Even if you are studying in another academy, and you are a genius beyond compare… your dream will still be to enter Sinai Academy.

Because it is… the academy that created the Golden Generation."

Then he says:

"We humans always want to be the best and the most exceptional.

So tell me… what would happen if a student from Sinai Academy returned to his country, while that country possessed an academy competing against Sinai Academy…

Yet he defeated them all, and said: 'Because I am from Sinai Academy.'?"

Then he continues:

"Or if the son of a celebrity entered it, or the children of powerful officials, or even an ordinary but talented person… and then became better than all of them.

In your opinion… what would Sinai Academy become?"

Everyone answers, shock and realization visible across their faces:

"It would become a legend."

Adam replies with a faint laugh:

"That is correct.

And also, the Golden Generation will exist nowhere except within Sinai Academy.

And although this generation is cursed… it is also the generation everyone dreams about.

And what will happen to the second Golden Generation?

The third?

The fourth?

Or even more?"

Then he continues:

"And even if the academy collapses after one hundred years, humanity — nor those academies — will never be able to erase what it created.

Because Sinai Academy has become a legend, and a symbol of science and the hope of humanity and Earth."

Then he smiles and says:

"To be honest… I almost pity those academies that will compete against Sinai Academy.

Because they will become nothing more than second-rate options.

Those academies only exist because Sinai Academy accepts no more than five million unparalleled genius students across the world.

As for the rest… they are second-class students."

Everyone is shocked by this man's intelligence.

In a single moment, he transformed the academy's greatest problem into an advantage, as if it had never been a crisis at all, but rather a plan for the future.

Then they remember who Adam truly is.

The man who was once a shining star within the military, and who founded the greatest military squad — one that was never defeated, and never failed a single mission.

Then they look toward the five organization leaders, surprised to see smiles on their faces, adrenaline visible within their expressions, as if they missed that old excitement.

Everyone once believed that the squad's achievements were because of its members.

But the truth… was that the reason had always been their leader.

And now it seemed impossible for anyone to compete with him for the position of Head of the Medical and Research Organization.

Adam speaks once more, pulling them out of their thoughts and back into reality:

"But… we must not pressure humanity too much, so that no one begins to hate the academy.

And it must never become exclusive to talented people with terrible personalities.

Because that would be the true end of Sinai Academy.

That is why we must also focus on their personalities."

Then he continues:

"As for how we will make them work for us… that is easy.

After the Second Cosmic War ends… or after we survive it…

Humanity will travel across the universe, galaxies, and other worlds.

And in the end, Earth's resources and space are limited and known.

But dimensions, space, and other worlds…

They are an endless opportunity waiting to be discovered."

Then he smiles:

"And when that time comes, humanity will no longer care about those foolish interests."

Then his tone shifts slightly:

"But there will still be arrogant people who believe they are superior, clinging to those interests.

Or people who understand the extent of their power and desire control.

And all we need to do… is understand them, and turn them into pieces within our hands."

Then he looks at everyone and says:

"And now… shall we begin discussing the future plans of the Medical Organization?"

"Hello, what do you think of this new timing? I know that some of you may be asleep, awake, or at work — and since it's nighttime here, I assume the same for you. So here's a new chapter for you — enjoy it during this nighttime hour.

If anyone asks why this timing — of course, I won't tell you. Because I'm lazy, and I was out, and today is Eid al-Adha, for example. This is just a gift, nothing more.

Alright, a question for you: Are the chapters long or short? Do you prefer chapters to be longer or shorter? Tell me your opinion."
