In the following days, Gray and Mara just prepared more for the next meeting they had to attend.
Their selected construction firm arrived at the property together with its architects, structural engineer, project manager, and quantity surveyor.
They decided to meet up there since it's more direct that way and they can survey the land already. With it, Gray and Mara met them outside. Everyone shared a brief introduction with another before they entered the building.
The project manager pulled out several rolled-up blueprints before spreading them across a temporary folding table. They already communicated prior to it, so the firm was able to prepare something for today.
"Before we begin," the project manager said, "we'd like to verify your final requirements as we walked through the site."
"Of course," Gray nodded at that. "We can start with the entrance and work our way up." He motioned to the second floor, which made everyone nod.
