I wouldn't really argue otherwise. To some extent, I had underestimated just how much of a toll this entire operation would've taken on my body, but it wasn't like this was something that I could've controlled.
Soran's and Rowan's sisters' appearance was wholly unexpected.
'Although the Team Leader shouldn't be in top condition, she should've recovered quite well. Especially since this is the first time that she used the medicine.'
I wasn't really worried about her or Rowan's sister. I had a feeling that she was very likely the one causing problems at the moment.
With those two safe, I probably could've turned back and left.

The idea of ending things here didn't sit well with me.
