The bedroom door clicked shut.
Lana stood there for a few seconds before letting out a long sigh.
She leaned against the door and closed her eyes.
"What a day..."
Her legs were sore from standing all day.
Her shoulders ached.
Even smiling for the cameras was so exhausting.
She kicked off her heels one after the other, took off her clothes, changed into her nightwear, then walked barefoot towards the bed.
She picked up the script lying on the bedside table, flipped through a few pages, then tossed it back onto the bed.
"I'll wake up early and study," she said, yawning sleepily.
Whether she'd actually do it was another story.
She reached for the lamp beside the bed.
Click.
The room went dark, the only source of light now coming from the moon outside.
Just as she pulled the quilt over herself, the bedroom door opened.
Lana looked up, startled.
"Who's there? I locked that."
She sat up immediately.
