Chapter 266 - Immortal Rewards

Seeing Feng Jin Huang and Bai La act the next morning as if nothing had happened was not hilarious but… painful to watch. Lo Jik sighed endlessly and lamented how the two couldn't get over that final bit of hesitation before stepping into realm of eternal pleasure. Then again, they all had great origins and would live for hundreds of years if nothing went wrong. So, Lo Jik had time to enlighten them. Fortunately, he handled the initial stage of resistance gracefully that led him to clean his residence extensively this morning and retreated into his cultivation chamber.

He had been cultivating yesterday when the grandmother-granddaughter pair somehow interrupted him in a sync. That, however, was not without its advantages. Bai La and Feng Jin Huang had now calmed down a great deal and would predictably take some time to regather their composure. Meanwhile, Lo Jik earned this precious time to prepare extensively for the journey ahead.

Bai La was no longer a peak rank 6 gu immortal but a true rank 7 gu immortal whose blessed land produced rank 7 immortal essence—red date immortal essence. This could only mean one thing.

[Yellow Heaven's Current Fragment (Silver/Cumulative): Made Bai La orgasm. Parties involved—Host and Bai La. Rewards stored.]

[Moldin' Cocksleeve (Silver/Cumulative): Had vaginal sex with Bai La. Parties involved—Host and Bai La. Rewards stored.]

[Quenched Pit (Silver/Cumulative): Creampied Bai La. Parties involved: Host and Bai La. Rewards stored.]

[Sweetened Honey (Silver/Cumulative): Kissed Bai La for the first time. Parties involved—Host and Bai La. Rewards stored.]

The difference was clear at a glance.

The gap between a gu immortal and a gu master with an extreme physique was immense. Lo Jik would have attained platinum achievements as a mortal even if Bai La were to be a newbie gu immortal if they committed to their tango. Whether the difference in their social status in that scenario was enough to commence the divine evolution of his trait was another matter. Now, however, there was a drastic shift in the rewards.

Ordinary gu immortals could not match up to rank 6 gu immortals of the ten great ancient sects because the latter commonly possessed immortal gu worms. That difference alone was extremely significant. How could ordinary gu immortals further stand up to a rank 7 gu immortal's might? Furthermore, Bai La was no ordinary rank 7 gu immortal. She was an elite nurtured by Spirit Affinity House, her generation's sect fairy!

Despite this, Lo Jik only obtained silver achievements. In fact, this was quite an acceptable result. Deep down, Lo Jik knew he would have been satisfied with bronze rewards itself because he was no ordinary gu immortal. He was a Demon Venerable's successor who was acknowledged by Love Gu, possessed one perfect-grade and another high-grade immortal apertures.

But Lo Jik's smut-chievements did not dispense rewards based on one's strength, it calculated rewards by considering the difference in the reputation of the two parties based on their strengths! It meant, one's cultivation prowess was an indirect factor affecting the direct factor—reputation and social status! This was the case because one's prowess largely affected their social status in the gu world due to the presence of gu cultivation. In this world, individual strength alone could trump over all other factors determining one's social status.

No matter how talented Lo Jik was, he was but a fledgling gu immortal. He possessed Love Gu and Divine Concealment but no known method of controlling them. In the sect's eyes, Bai La was drastically more valuable because she was an experienced gu immortal who tackled her third heavenly tribulation and broke through to rank 7!

In a super sect like Spirit Affinity House, rank 6 supreme elders were not worth mentioning. They were seeds to be nurtured.

Meanwhile, rank 7 supreme elders were the main pillars to represent the sect because rank 8 gu immortals did not move easily. It's why Feng Jiu Ge's name shook Central Continent. He was a rank 7 gu immortal boasting rank 8 battle strength! In the entirety of Central Continent, there was only one Feng Jiu Ge. His prestige surpassed all other rank 7 gu immortals and easily eclipsed someone like Lo Jik!

So, it was already grand to have achieved silver achievement. Furthermore, he could always accumulate the rewards till reaching platinum achievements. This was the absolute benefit of his trait's divine evolution into a mythical trait.

As someone who went to great lengths to understand his trait, Lo Jik was extremely curious about the reward distribution system of his trait now that he was a gu immortal. Not just the silver rewards, he also wanted to know about the rewards from bronze, golden, and platinum achievements.

Usually, that would mean Lo Jik would have to open up silver rewards first. But that was a waste. Now that smut-chievements was a mythical trait, it could accumulate the achievements! To open the silver rewards now implied wasting the streak he already started. That would mean to accumulate five silver rewards all over again.

With his mythical trait, however, Lo Jik had an access to a treasure space.

With a thought, Lo Jik appeared in a dark world. He stood upon an invisible platform as four distinct lumps of bright light varying in size floated in front of him.

'As a rank 1 gu master, my earlier bronze rewards afforded me rare rank 1 gu worms like Boar Strength and Bookworm Gu Worms alongside some reading journal, equivalent primeval stones, and gu refinement materials. Meanwhile, I hit the upper limits of the variety of the rewards I could avail at silver achievement because every silver achievement was mostly rank 1 Green Copper Relic Gu Worm.'

Lo Jik smiled in nostalgia. He never achieved anything above silver achievement as a rank 1 gu master and didn't know what he could have obtained for golden and platinum rewards.

At rank 2, bronze achievements followed the same creed but silver achievements showed a change. He still obtained extremely rare rank 2 gu worms such as Red Steel Relic Gu Worm but he also acquired injured or weakened gu worms of the higher realm, rank 3. He didn't stop at silver achievements at rank 2. A threesome with an elder's wife let him enjoy the benefits of golden achievements. That's when the inheritances started getting crazy. Rewards from golden achievements did not conform to common sense. He could get rank 1 gu worms with heaven-defying abilities or inheritances of gu immortals stuffed in low-ranked information path gu worms.

It didn't end here. Golden achievements, rarely, could reward multiple gu worms.

As for platinum achievements? Lo Jik gave trying to understand them long ago. Initially, he found himself acquiring two very minor inheritances of the two demon venerables, propelling his transformation and earth attainments to the level of masters! Unfortunately, that was the only time he encountered true meanings.

The truth was, as Lo Jik's cultivation rose, his prospects broadened, and the variety of rewards available to him increased exponentially. As a rank 5 gu master, Lo Jik's platinum rewards were mostly inheritances and publicly extinct gu materials.

What about a gu immortal?

Logic dictated that Lo Jik should obtain rare rank 6 immortal gu worm! But there was always a qualitative difference between mortal and immortal cultivation.

The four rewards came from silver achievements. They should have even rarer or extinct immortal gu worms, right?

Wrong.

Lo Jik observed the four rewards through the lump of light. None of them held immortal gu worms.

Immortal gu worms were the essence of heaven and earth, they held unique fragments of the great dao! There could only be one immortal gu worm in the gu world!

Lo Jik's trait could not break this one truth. His trait copied the rewards from different locations instead of stealing or moving them. How could Lo Jik obtain immortal gu worms when they could not be duplicated?

So?

Was Lo Jik destined to only summon loads of mortal gu worms through his trait?

Not quite.

'Since I cannot summon immortal gu worms, the bronze rewards should summon the next best thing—rare rank 6 immortal materials.' Lo Jik mused. 'Of course, I'm assuming this based on these four silver rewards. I'll confirm my suspicions once I accumulate bronze rewards from other girls.'

God, he loved Bai La. She was the one who took a shine on him without him needing to do anything aside from what he was already doing! Not only was she powerful, deceptively cute, and obviously libidinous, she was also a source of quick and efficient achievements!

The perfect package! And boy did he enjoy her package every day.

'But… she will be sent elsewhere.' Lo Jik restrained the urge to whine and moan. 'I still have a few days… I should try being with Bai La a few more times and see if I can reach platinum achievements.'

Lo Jik knew the chances of achieving this objective were next to nothing. Bai La just emerged from a rather stupefying state. Not only that, she also survived her tribulation and urgently required to rebuild her blessed land, accumulate her foundation again, and cultivate diligently. Lo Jik would be lucky to be with her for more than two times!

He quietly shook his head.

There were ways he could help her cultivate, but those methods were not entirely efficient.

Lo Jik had several things to consider too.

'Yeah. I shouldn't hope for platinum achievements from Bai La for a short period of time.' He concluded after pondering about it. Not that he blamed Bai La or anyone else. Cultivation was simply time and resource intensive, not to mention obscenely dangerous. The dream realm was evidence enough of the fact.

'These silver rewards are also great.'

Needless to say, the rewards of a gu immortal would be greater than rank 5 gu masters at the same level.

As a rank 5 gu master, Lo Jik's silver achievements were mostly rare gu worms like Purple Crystal Relic Gu Worm, Fresh Air Gu, Sword Scabbard Gu, Cloud Palace Gu, Dark Beast Gu, Five-Lights Saber Gu, Five Gu, Thought Barrier Gu, Failsafe Gu, Emperor Poison Gu, Turn Phantom Gu, Myriad Lightning Spear Gu, Drum Dharma Gu, and more.

Meanwhile, Lo Jik's four silver rewards were distinct. Lo Jik's trait started rewarding materials and gu in relationship with his partners based on his attainments ever since they rose explosively. It was an unexpected discovery, but something he digested soon enough. After all, Lo Jik had not unearthed all the secrets of his traits. He also transmigrated and arrived in this world. It wasn't unusual for his trait to have a certain reaction with the unique aspects of the gu world.

For instance, rewards from Qin Juan netted inheritances from a legendary figure in refinement path alongside strength, human, and other paths.

Currently, Lo Jik's three highest attainment levels were in luck, human, and dream paths. Meanwhile, Bai La was a rank 7 metal path gu immortal hailing from Spirit Affinity House, a sect found by the creator of water path, Shui Ni, from the Medieval Antiquity Era!

Yet, Lo Jik only obtained one reward pertaining to metal path.

Lo Jik observed the first distinct lump of light. It was the smallest of the group and only as big as him.

Inside the lump of light floated a pristine-looking slab of deep-silver metal. It looked extremely pure and reflected a cold light. The sides of this slab were even and completely uniform.

Lo Jik's eyes lit up as he observed this metal path material. It was far from ordinary!

This was a rare metal path immortal material used as supplementary material to refine rank 6 and 7 metal path immortal gu worms!

A rank 6 metal path immortal material!

'This is…' Lo Jik searched his memory and identified the material after a moment. 'False Moon Silver.'

Under a starry night, this slab of uniform silver metal reflected light no different from the moon, confusing several creatures of the night as they would fly around the slab of metal. Unlike the real moon, it was not round but a cuboid. It was formed when moonlight shined for a hundred years upon a rare and uniform imprint found naturally on the ground. One day, the moonlight would condense into this rare metal path material under the effects of earth path dao marks in its surroundings.

'A fist-sized cube is usually sold for nearly twenty immortal essence stones. Meanwhile, this huge of a slab would go down for at least a hundred immortal essence stones! This was a huge sum. Most gu immortals in the beginning cultivated mortal resources and did not dare think about immortal materials. The most common immortal materials were none other than corpses of desolate beasts. Meanwhile, specific materials such as False Moon Silver were significantly rarer and more expensive.

Lo Jik once sold a mountain-sized Desolate Shadow Scale Tiger Cobra for about forty immortal essence stones. Meanwhile, a human sized rank 6 material was worth a hundred immortal essence stones. The difference was huge!

'Going this route, would golden achievements offer rank 7 materials?' Lo Jik licked his dried lips before continuing.

As for False Moon Silver?

He would most likely put it on sale in Treasure Yellow Heaven for other strength path immortal materials through Old Man Desolate or his human path persona. After all, he can create any mortal material using Sea of Wealth gu house but that was its limits. Lo Jik still couldn't create immortal materials and needed to rely on third parties for that.

Lo Jik stepped towards the bigger lump of light.

'This feeling…'

In the lump of light lay an alive but unconscious horse. Its size was not extraordinarily huge when compared to other desolate beasts. It was twice the size of ordinary horses and looked as if its body was made from a collection of burnt charcoals. It lacked a horse's usual musculature and powerful disposition. Instead, its nose and tail released dense smoke and there was a pair of sheep horns on its head. Lastly, dull-red fire covered its limbs, burning without hurting it.

'Dream path.' Lo Jik wholeheartedly believed his instinct.

A dream path desolate beast!

Lo Jik couldn't believe his eyes. He was filled with questions. What was it called? Was it already named or did he get that honor? What could it do? How did it reproduce? What did it eat and what could it be used for?

He instinctively held a few answers due to his extraordinary dream path attainment.

There was another matter…

'This is an absolute gem of a desolate beast in the current market. I could create an impromptu auction in Treasure Yellow Heaven for this beast and earn hundreds of times more than a hundred immortal essence stone False Moon Silver would fetch me. Yet, my trait doesn't exactly follow Treasure Yellow Heaven's market trend.'

'Bronze rewards should have materials worth 20-40 immortal essence stones ranging from desolate beast corpses to small portions of rare immortal materials. Meanwhile, the silver rewards summon large portions of rare immortal materials and living desolate beasts worth 100-120 immortal essence stones. This dream path desolate beast is only an exception.'

Lo Jik quickly calmed himself and looked at the third reward.

This was a house-sized lump of light.

Inside the house-sized lump slumbered a pitch-black kitten. It looked extremely cute with a coat of glossy fur and thick whiskers. The tips of its ears were still rounded and it was quite chubby. It rested its head on its folded paws and appeared peaceful.

'A luck path desolate beast.' Lo Jik shuddered with excitement. 'I need to careful with these two creatures. Dream path is an emerging path. Ordinary methods of controlling desolate beasts will not work on it. Meanwhile, luck path is shrouded in mystery. I lack experience in both these paths but using human path to create temporary methods should be provide me with sufficient time to understand them.'

Lo Jik turned to the last reward.

It far surpassed the size of a house and appeared domineering in size. However, Lo Jik saw nothing inside.

'Hmm?'

After concentrating for a while, Lo Jik noticed some movement.

'It's an immortal material of wind path.' He sighed. He had been hoping for something related to human path but that was already expecting too much. He planned on releasing the two desolate beasts while trying to get at least golden achievements for the remaining two rewards.

'False Moon Silver comes from the creampie achievement. Yeah, I probably won't get a chance to do the same again. Fortunately, the wind path material comes from kissing Bai La. I can do that much. I can also try the orgasm reward again and see what I get.'

Lo Jik planned quietly.

He truly looked forward to the golden and platinum rewards.

<<<>>>

Observing his rewards was not part of his initial cultivation. Lo Jik was busy deducing killer moves and planning the development of his blessed land before the pair occupied him for the night.

While he worked for his and his lover's future with utmost dedication, his clones continued their tasks dutifully.

A day in the main continent meant two days in the sect's public blessed land and thirty days in his second blessed land. Just because Lo Jik was in the sect's public blessed land did not double the pace of time in his second blessed land by two times. Even if it appeared that a day in the sect's public blessed land entailed thirty days in the human path blessed land, in reality, it was slightly less than fifteen days. Still, two weeks were a lot!

Lo Jik observed the noticeable growth in his reserves of mortal gu worms. Deductions of schemer clones coupled with experience of other clones instantly uplifted Lo Jik's spirits as he selected a few gu worms and started practicing killer moves. His current focus was on strength path and dream path methods. The combination of these two paths already showed concrete results.

It was quite interesting.

Strength path was in a decline and dream path was an emerging one. And now Lo Jik controlled a rank 5 strength path gu worm with dream path effects.
