Now that it was just the four of us in the room, I was comfortable telling Rhapso what actually happened with the Warlord and the reason that I was so injured was actually Onyx's doing.
"Wait. She told you not to say her name out loud again? But you have done so multiple times now. Will it be ok that you have told me? I mean, foresight is pretty fickle, It's not safe to mess with stuff like that." Rhapso asked and I shrugged my shoulders.
"Yeah... It will be fine. I think she meant speaking of her around individuals I don't consider friends and family. Besides, I was distracted."
"By?" Rhapso inquired before going wide-eyed with delight as I pressed my lips against hers for a moment.
"Your beauty." I said after pulling away, winking as I did.
What followed was about five seconds of Rhapso trying to hold back a dam of emotions before letting them burst all over me for fifteen minutes straight.
