"Those who started the previous war, God and the Lord of Demons, perished in it," Mikhail continued in a somewhat mundane rhythm.
I already know all this, even considering that I watched this anime not very carefully and a long time ago. But being involved and watching everything that's happening creates completely different feelings!
"That's why," Azazel continued, but with a serious smile.
"I don't know why, but it seems to me that she's mischievous or cheerful and not serious, but that doesn't matter!" I thought to myself.
"I would like to hear the opinion of those who remain on the sidelines and can influence the balance of this world with their power," he continued in a definitely serious tone "Welsh, Disappearing, present your viewpoints!"
"I don't care as long as I find a strong opponent," answered Vali in a voice full of self-confidence and strength.
"Hm," Azazel smirked at his answer before continuing "even without war, you can find many worthy opponents!"
"I have no doubt!"
"What about you?" Azazel shifted his sharp gaze to Vali "What do you think?"
After his words, everyone turned their attention to Issei. At that moment, a multitude of unmistakable emotions flickered across his face.
"Well..." somewhat hesitantly, clutching his head with one hand, Issei began to respond to his question! "...to be honest, all of this is too complicated for me!"
"So, let me explain everything to you in simple terms, Hyoudou Issei," Azazel began to explain to him what the new war would lead to!
Basically, everything at this conference was exactly according to canon, except for me! In fact, at one point, I still managed to attract the attention of the surrounding beings!
"Also, I would like to ask for the opinion of the new angel?" Azazel said with a sly smile as he looked at Michael, "You're okay with that, right?"
After these words, he waited for Michael's nod and turned his gaze to me!
"I don't know why, but you really catch my attention! You're strange and unusual, not like everyone else," he began calmly, "so I wanted to know what you think about this!"
For some reason, after his words, a mysterious force seemed to pass through me, bringing a feeling of duty or something like that! As soon as I opened my mouth to respond, I was enveloped in a faint light that attracted the attention of everyone in the room!
3rd person POV
When Daniel was enveloped in a faint light, I felt the air around us become denser, as if electrified. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced. The light emanating from Daniel was not bright; it resembled nothing I had ever seen. But this light was even purer, brighter, and more pleasant than that which my father emitted.
"Who are you?" I whispered, so softly that no one heard.
What he told us brought a slight understanding of who he was! But it also brought concern, as he might be targeted! For who he is, for the mission he carries!
POV Azazel
I have lived in this world for a long time, but I have never seen anything even remotely resembling what is happening now with this boy Daniel. When I saw him today, it immediately seemed to me that he was not ordinary, as if not of this world.
But what happened next left me in complete shock and confusion, as he began to emit a bright light that, by all the laws of the world, should bring pain and harm to all demons! But he inflicted no pain or even discomfort on them.
Their faces showed that they felt pressure, but nothing more, while that girl Asiya seemed to be experiencing the highest pleasure and joy!
I began to observe Daniel, who had become the center of our attention. His light caused no harm, yet it held an unprecedented power that could both punish and forgive!
What is this power? Where did it come from? And most importantly, where will it lead? These questions swarmed in my head, drowning out my usual thoughts about research.
POV Sirzechs
This guy is dangerous! My entire being feels the pressure from his light, as if he can decide whether I live or not! My back was covered in cold sweat from this realization.
But for some unknown reason, I believed everything he told us. It was as if his words carried some kind of power!

For some reason, I was slowly coming to my senses, although I clearly remembered wanting to say that I wasn't going to interfere or take part in their disputes. But just before I started to speak, some wave passed over me, and then darkness! What happened?
I was standing in the same place where I had passed out, but for some reason everyone was looking at me with very strange expressions!
"Um, why are you all looking at me like that?"
"Don't you remember, dude? You caused quite a commotion!" Sirzechs voiced everyone's thoughts.
"No, but I have the feeling that I missed something important!"
"This is unusual, well, never mind, I think we should come back to this question later." Serafall said to everyone "Problems need to be solved as they come!"
"You're right, so..." Michael began, but he was interrupted.
Before he could finish, some of us felt strong magical vibrations, and the world took on a strange hue!
"Hmm, here comes the first appearance of that organization," I thought to myself.
"What... what was that?" Issei asked, a bit hesitantly, looking at Rias.
We were all in the same room, but some of us had frozen in place, emitting a faint purple glow. To be more precise, it was Sona and Tsubaki, Akeno, and Asia who froze.
"Could it be..." Kiba started uncertainly "time has stopped."
"It seems not so," Vali replied to him. "It only affected those with immense power - us dragon bearers - as well as those protected by the power of the holy swords!"
"What's happening?" Irina asked with slight panic, holding her sacred sword in her hand.
"I am fine," Rias said, looking at her perverted beloved." All thanks to you, Issei."
Just after her words, a loud explosion sounded from somewhere outside! The glass in the frames trembled, and a low rumble rolled across the floor, making us all flinch. Then, as if on cue, we all approached the windows.
The view that opened before our eyes was both horrifying and mesmerizing. The sky, which just a minute ago had its usual color, was now blood red. High in the sky, a huge magical circle glowed, from which strange people in purple cloaks were slowly descended upside down.
"Who are they?" Issei asked into the void.
"They are wizards!" Rias immediately answered him.
"Wizards?" he clarified with her once again.
At the same time, the wizards began to shoot small yellow beams-bullets from the eye depicted on the fabric of their cloaks, which covered part of their faces. These projectiles were aimed at us, but they collided with the barriers protecting the building we were in.
"Damn, how shameful it is for them to imitate a true magical girl" Serafall said with genuine indignation in her voice.
"However," Mikhail began "what is this ability?" he asked, looking at the frozen people.
"It seems they have taken control of the sacred mechanism of that half-vampire boy and brought him to the state of a balance destroyer" Azazel replied to the questioning looks.
"You're talking about Gaspar" Issei exclaimed.
"The ability to stop time is extremely rare; without a doubt, it is in the hands of the enemy" Sirzechs added.
It's getting more and more interesting; I think I should feel a part of this event too. Something tells me this will be a very useful experience
"Of course, it's very good that we understood the reason for the stoppage of time, but I think we should solve this problem as soon as possible," I said to them in a calm voice, already holding a staff in one hand and an elven sword in the other.
"You're right, Daniil," Azazel nodded in agreement with my words and then continued, "We need to do something about the half-vampire quickly, otherwise it will be too late for a counterattack."
"Rias, you and Issei will go rescue Gaspar." Sirzechs redirected his gaze to his sister.
"Gaspar, my servant and a member of my family, and I take full responsibility for him, and I will bring him back!" Rias replied, her voice full of determination to save him.
"Since we've resolved this issue, then..." Azazel began with a smirk "Vali, why don't you entertain our guests!"
"You know I don't like to sit idle" Vali said with a grin on his face.
"Well then, let's get started!"
