Anthony rode through the electronic gate, closed it behind him, and was about to run into the house when Evan stopped him by stepping directly in front of him. "What happened? Why are you back so quickly? You left here a few hours ago." Evan asks, holding both his arms out sideways as Anthony tries to sidestep him.
"Hey, what's going on? Talk to me." Evan urges when he notices Anthony's panicked expression. "Michael is on the island, and he's on his way here right now. I need to get Liah out of here." Anthony pushes Evan, but Evan grabs his arm before he can enter the house. "Alright, wait, just wait one damn minute."
"What the hell are you doing? Move." Anthony barks, pulling his gun from his waist. "Hey! Listen to me and listen well; hiding her away from him is not a good idea." "What the fuck you a talk bout? He's on his way here to take those children from her; she will never see them again. I've less than an hour before he gets here; now move." Anthony barks again, pointing the gun at Evan's head.
What's going on? Tony, put that weapon away right now." His mother orders from behind them. "Mathayus is on his way here as we speak, and Mr hot head over here wants to drag Liah out of here and hide her away somewhere," Evan explained, all while trying to keep Anthony from entering the house. "He's coming here now? Is he really going to take her babies from her?" She asks in a shaky tone as she now begins to panic.
"That's exactly what he's coming here to do, but I will stop him, no matter what I have to do; I will stop him," Anthony growls. "Dude, chill, yes he's coming here because he now knows that she is carrying his kids but none of us really know what he will do once he gets here and even if he does plan on taking them, then maybe, just maybe we can change his mind, he's not an unreasonable person, so maybe we can talk him out of taking them from her."
"That's a lot of maybes, and by the time we realize that all those maybes aren't going to work, it will be too late to do anything to stop him." Anthony snaps. "Tony, Evan has a point. If he really plans on taking them from her, then I'll do everything I can to persuade him not to. I mean, you know the kind of power he now has; I'm afraid of what will happen if you try to hide her from him," his mother says softly.
"For god's sake man listen to us, moving Liah and his children will only succeed in pissing him off even more than he's already pissed off and don't forget that you're already on thin ice with this man, and another thing, do you really believe that there's is anywhere on this tiny little Island you can hide them where he won't be able to find them?" Evan asks with a scuff.
"He doesn't know our country very well, so yeah, there are lots of places I could hide them. By the time he finds them, those kids would already be about four or five years old." "Really? Have you forgotten who we are dealing with? This man will unleash hell on all of us; he will literally level this damn Island if that's what it takes to find his kids, and you damn well know that."
"So what should I do, just sit back and watch him take those kids from her?" "Again, we are not sure what his intentions are, so until we know for sure, I say we leave him alone." "Like hell I will," Anthony growls. "That's the damn problem with you, you act before you think, which always complicate things a lot more than they need to be and besides, the kids are still in her womb, so its not as if he can just walk in here, grab them and leave, in any case he will have to wait until she gives birth which will give your mother, Liah and I some time to soften him up a bit," Evan adds.
"You sound damn sure of yourself." "I am, alright, tell you what, you go inside and guard Liah's door, your mother and I will talk to him when he gets here and find out what his intentions are, then we'll know how to proceed." "I still say that we should move her before he gets here."
"And I'll say again, that will only delay the inevitable and piss him off, and trust me, he's the last person we should be pissing off right now, but how did he even know where she was anyway?" Evan asks.
"Razor is the one taking him here," Anthony grumbles. "Then, for crying out loud, man, use your head. If Razor is the one taking him here, that means even Razor realizes that it wouldn't be a wise idea to keep this man from what he wants; even Razor knows that he's no match for this man," Evan says in frustration, then continues.
"And have you forgotten that Mathayus could've killed you in your damn sleep or left you in that base to die, but he chose not to, on both occasions, might I add? You owe him, Tony, give the man the benefit of a doubt before you do something that none of us can come back from."
"Alright, fine, but if your plan doesn't work and she loses her kids, it's your mother-fucking head that will be on the chopping block, feel me?" Anthony growls. "Yeah-yeah fine if my plan doesn't work, then feel free to chop my damn head off," Evan says, waving Anthony inside.
