Returning to the Territory, Bai Shen was greeted by the usual organised chaos that came with running what was now effectively a small city.
People were moving between buildings, carrying supplies, training in the courtyard, arguing loudly over coin prices in front of the Free Market building; it was lively, to say the least.
'Better lively than quiet.' He thought, stepping through the barrier.
First order was aboutbcalling all team leaders together. It had been a few days since he properly sat down with everyone, and with the Territory expanding at the rate it was, things could easily spiral if he stopped paying attention even briefly.
"Alright," he said, looking around the meeting room at the assembled faces. Zhao Lin, Tang Yue, Fatty Jiang, Aunt Xiu, and a few of the newer captains who had proven themselves over the last week. "Updates. One by one, keep it short."
