At the airport terminal, Andrei walked at a measured pace alongside his nanny, Hapi. This marked his very first time boarding an international flight without his parents or a direct member of his family by his side, yet a serene confidence kept his anxieties at bay. His Uncle Eli had mapped out every logistical detail of the journey for him. Andrei knew that as long as he boarded the correct aircraft and disembarked at the designated terminal, he wouldn't get lost—and so far, he had executed every step flawlessly.
"Drei," Hapi called out gently, tapping her phone screen to catch his attention. "Your uncle just sent a message. They're already waiting for us right outside the fifth exit gate."
Andrei immediately scanned the overhead signs. The moment his eyes locked onto the glowing number five, he broke into a sprint, leaving his nanny trailing behind. Had she not been navigating a heavy luggage cart through the crowded terminal, she easily would have kept pace with him.
