David watched as Tina started to play the victim, and he laughed, saying, "Tina, where's the courage you had when you bit me the other day? Don't back out now!" Tina didn't respond to his teasing. Just then, Candice walked over and said, "David, maybe you should just let it go. Tina was just acting on impulse that day." But before Candice could finish, David turned to the class and asked, "Classmates, do you agree with Candice?"
"No way!" the class shouted in unison. They had been waiting for this day for a long time.
