After travelling for some time, Kisara finally brought Xiao Feng and the others to the outskirts of the Tokyo Area.
A massive compound stood before them.
Tall concrete walls surrounded the entire facility, while metal fences, surveillance cameras, and armed guards protected the entrance.
The grim, utilitarian architecture made the place resemble a military prison far more than an organization supposedly responsible for protecting children.
Kisara stopped several dozen metres away from the main gate.
"Here we are."
She looked toward the cold grey structure ahead and said, "This is the Tokyo Branch of the International Initiator Supervision Organization."
"I never expected that it was situated outside the Tokyo Area." Xiao Feng raised his head and examined the facility then said with a sneer on his face.
Now he doesn't even have to worry about making a noise.
At his current level, he can rely on his soul to mobilize the energy of Heaven and Earth, which is simply like a Dou Huang.
Even though the natural energy in this world is thin, his destructive power is still many times that of a Dou Wang, enough to destroy a city with a casual strike.
Rem and Ram stood quietly behind Xiao Feng and Koharu.

"We keep the facility away from the residential districts to prevent ordinary people from panicking," Kisara explained.

Kisara stared at the card in her hand.

Before she could respond, Xiao Feng had already turned away and begun walking toward the main gate with Koharu beside him.
"Wait!" Kisara hurried after them, "I'm coming with you."
Xiao Feng stopped and glanced back, "You've already completed your task."
"I know." Kisara tightened her fingers around the card.
"But now that I've brought you here, I want to see this matter through to the end."
Xiao Feng examined her silently for a moment before turning away again, "Do as you please."
Koharu looked from Xiao Feng to Kisara.
"Will Kisara Onee-san come with us?"
"It seems so."
Kisara's expression softened slightly when she heard the unfamiliar address.
Ram glanced toward Kisara before speaking calmly.
"If Miss Kisara intends to accompany Master, Ram advises her not to leave Master's side."
Rem nodded gently, "Rem agrees. This place may become dangerous soon."
Kisara looked at the two maids. Their expressions remained composed, almost as though entering a heavily guarded facility was nothing unusual.
"I can protect myself," Kisara replied.
"Ram hopes that is true."
Rem glanced at her sister, "Sister Ram, that sounded impolite."
"Ram was merely expressing concern."
Before their conversation couldn't continue, the rumbling of a heavy engine came from behind them.
A large transport truck drove slowly along the road toward the compound.
Its cargo section was completely enclosed by thick metal plating. There were no windows, only several narrow ventilation openings covered by iron mesh.
As it passed them, a faint sound escaped from within.
"Please..."
"Let us out..."
"Onee-chan, I'm scared..."
Koharu's footsteps stopped and her small hand suddenly tightened around Xiao Feng's fingers as the colour drained from her face.
She recognized those voices. They were the voices of children who had already lost hope that anyone would listen.
Rem's gentle smile disappeared. Her blue eyes followed the transport truck as it moved toward the gate.
"Master...".
Ram's expression also turned cold, "Multiple young voices detected within the transport vehicle. Fear, exhaustion, and signs of physical weakness are present."
Although Rem and Ram possessed artificial personalities, Xiao Feng had designed them to care deeply for those he regarded as family.
After accepting Koharu, their attitude toward children like her had naturally changed as well.
The frightened cries coming from the truck immediately triggered their protective instincts.
Kisara felt something was wrong as she noticed the change in the surrounding air.
The wind stopped flowing and the insects hidden in the grass became silent.
Even the armed guards stationed at the entrance instinctively straightened their bodies, as though an invisible predator had suddenly fixed its gaze upon them.
A low rumble echoed from the sky, dark clouds gathered above the compound despite the previously clear weather and thin arcs of lightning flashed between them.
Kisara looked toward Xiao Feng.
The young boy still stood quietly beside Koharu, but the pressure surrounding him had become suffocating.
It was a natural suppression originating from a superior lifeform.
Rem and Ram immediately moved closer to Koharu.
Rem stood beside the little girl while Ram positioned herself slightly behind her.
The Dou Qi within Xiao Feng's body circulated rapidly and his golden blood boiled beneath his skin. The hidden power of the Innate Holy Body reacted to the suffering before him.
Although Xiao Feng had never considered himself a hero, the Holy Body was born from the will to protect humanity.
It could tolerate conflict.

The concrete beneath Xiao Feng's feet cracked.
Kisara heard it clearly and she instinctively placed a hand on the hilt of her sword.
Not because she intended to fight him. Rather, it was the reflex of a swordswoman standing beside something overwhelmingly dangerous.
"So the rumours were true..."
Kisara's voice was cold. She had heard stories about children being transported between IISO facilities under inhumane conditions.
But hearing rumours and witnessing the truth were entirely different things.
Koharu pressed herself against Xiao Feng's side. Her body trembled, but she forced herself to look toward the truck.
"Onii-chan..."
Xiao Feng lowered his gaze and saw Koharu's previous lively eyes were now filled with fear, pain, and sadness.
"Let's save them."
"We will save them. Every last one of them."
He gentle placed his hand on Koharu's head and the raging Dou Qi around him fell silent and the suffocating pressure disappeared.

Rem crouched beside Koharu and said in soft and reassuring voice.
