This fight was less of an insane struggle to them. It wasn't as desperate when they fought the Destroyer, but they also grew quite a bit after that fight. So this one was something manageable." Arlesk felt somewhat interested with how they managed to fight through extreme changes in energy and atmosphere. "Firstly, approaching him would already mean sustaining damage from acid rain that also has elements of extreme heat to it. Inhaling becomes difficult the longer the fight was, or the longer the time that [Fragment] is able to concentrate." "Oh right! He does use that right at the start, literally each drop of acid rain was in evaporating point which straight up sucks when approaching. He can also convert collected energy into anything. Like how he scattered gasoline and ignited it." Remuel added to Arlesk's knowledge on what they've got from the reports and watching from the skies.
"Both of you are right, though to be more specific. He governs pretty much every bit of Natural Systems, this includes Energy and Atmosphere." The contents of the white board changed again. This time into the process of lightning strikes. "One thing his sword works around on is the ability to generate energy-based attacks, which also in turn creates an energy orb that orbits him. For example, if he charges a lightning strike, then an electric orb would be created. If a heat wave, a fire orb, acid rain with temperatures that are evaporating, a dual orb, water and fire. He can also drop the temperature, which means also creating an ice orb. Letting these orbs stay around will just increase his arsenal, allowing reactions when he uses two different orbs. Hell, the dual orb fire and water is already annoying enough. What do you think when he suddenly manipulates weather into a thunderstorm?" Remuel and Arlesk understood what Serkyrio was trying to say.
"It's really annoying isn't it, it's a good thing he's our win condition but goddamn when he uses these abilities in [Simulated Spars] he's obnoxious as heck." Remuel complained with how Draxus was making use of the abilities of Liam Belial almost perfectly. "It's as if he already understood how Liam Belial's ability works." "Isn't this also the case for Zero? But yeah for now let's stick to Liam's arsenal." Arlesk compared the arsenal a bit to another [Fragment] that they've dealt with.
"Anyways, if it's just natural energies this is somewhat pretty simple. However, Liam Belial also governs the Atmosphere. That's where things get a bit complicated." The white board changed its contents again, this time writing down pretty much all phenomena that can happen in the atmosphere.
"Earthquakes, thunderstorms, snowstorms, dust storms, hailstorms, tornadoes. global warming, ice age levels of temperature, forming volcanic eruptions, wildfire, flooding, droughts, tsunamis, sinkholes, landslides. All those can be really problematic when unleashed to a country, and he used a miniature tsunami during his awakening to try and turn everyone wet, making everything much heavier for them." "The fact that the Fragment has that level of strategy makes him kinda terrifying. Every little thing can be dangerous for you the moment you get hit. Hell, he could also just hit you with lightning after you get soaking wet from the floor or mini tsunami, effectively paralyzing you completely." Remuel commented a bit more after Serkyrio listed what Liam's abilities could do. "Did you also forget that he has an improved version of my [Moonstone]?" "Uwah, that's one thing that I have to worry about when fighting him. Wait, isn't this also my natural enemy when I use [CyberDivinity]?" "You'll be fine Arlesk, you literally have consolidated air when you don that armor. My [Moonstone] is somewhat useless against you."
"Anyways, in Draxus' case, him using these abilities have a small downgrade when he's using them. Him in [Prime Form] however..." Remuel's words started dragging a bit as Serkyrio starts giving his explanation. "His [Prime Form] more or less gives him the full understanding of every active soul. He uses it sparingly in most cases since the longer that is exposed, the more disadvantageous it is. Anyways, you guys know how [Fragment of Equilibrium] works in this case, Draxus in [Prime Form] can basically use his own [Concepts and Theory] perfectly, along with the other souls. Right now, the ones awake are [Equilibrium], [Spacetime], and [Dissolution], which is the Destroyer." Serkyrio thought a bit for a moment before continuing.
"In terms of difference between Draxus in [Prime Form] and [Equilibrium] himself, it's a bit difficult for him to actually make the abilities work perfectly, but he can do it if he gets used to it. Combining it with his [Concept and Theory], also something he can do. The same applies for the other [Fragments]. Moving on, he [Equilibrium] also covers things like momentum and vibrations, and also things like electrical impulses, but it's unlikely Draxus knows something like how impulsive actions from a person work, despite being the most impulsive among us." As Serkyrio paused for a moment, Arlesk closed his eyes and covered his mouth after placing it behind his hands like he's deeply thinking of something, but in reality he was trying to not say something unserious.

"You see, Harold's [Synthetic Worlds] are the perfect practice for his [Concept and Theory]. It's why he managed to break out of the world while evading an eldritch horror. Harold makes a [Synthetic World], it has systems, it has its own fundamentals, and Draxus would try to dismantle it. Hell, recently his record time is forty seconds right now." "Forty... And here we can't even break out of his [Synthetic Worlds] right now." Arlesk felt a bit exasperated on how talented Draxus could be, but after remembering he still is up one win against him in public duels, he regained composure.
"In conclusion, [Equilibrium] pretty much is the natural system of a world, but he has the limit of being unable to use the systems in the [Para-Elemental Plane]. So there are still limits." Serkyrio shrugged off as he concluded the topic of Liam Belial, [Equilibrium]'s abilities despite the many distractions that came with this meeting on diverting.
