Centuries ago, there existed three worlds separated by the Pillars of Veins...
One world was called the Ring of the Key, homeland of the Euclid family; a lineage entrusted with guarding the Key of Veins, a system that preserves the balance of the three worlds through massive pillars pulsing like veins, extending into the other two worlds and transferring energy between them. No one was capable of using the power of the Key except members of this bloodline, as it granted them a special ability that enabled them to protect it through the generations.
As for the world of Babrius, it was the realm of the Lords of Babrius and the ancient beasts, where creatures long erased from human memory had lived for centuries, bound to the power of the Crown of Dominion; a crown that imposed its authority over the creatures of Babrius and the ancient beasts.
The third was the worldly realm… the world of ordinary humans, far removed from the truth of what existed beyond the borders of their world.
But one day, an unknown person from the world of Euclid committed the greatest of all taboos after shattering the Crown of Dominion into seven fragments and binding them to the Key of Veins. Then, each fragment was transformed into a living stone, within which the spirit of one of the Lords of Babrius was sealed. After completing this act, the unknown individual fled with the seven stones to the worldly realm, and all trace of him vanished completely.
629 years after that incident, the young man Basil embarks on a perilous journey to gather these stones, amidst warring kingdoms, ancient beasts, and a secret organization seeking to seize this power.
Because the truth is… those who seek the Stones of Babrius are not searching for power alone, but for a secret beyond all understanding.
